Not far from the sea. There is a Saturday market nearby and a bazaar with rags on Sunday. There is a lot of audibility in the room. In the bathroom, you can hear all the sounds from the toilet of the next room :) it feels like there is no wall at all. It was in February, the price tag is more or less divine.

A good place. Excellent price/quality ratio. Repairs should be updated. Keep in mind - there is a school nearby. Noisy during the day.
