We had a rest in late July and early August. The hotel is nice and clean. Cleaning every 3 days. The linen and towels are snow-white. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are monotonous, but traditional. Eggs, matzoni, cheese, sausage. Buckwheat, potatoes, Hercules. Tea, coffee. The big disadvantage is that the refrigerator is small and turns off along with all the lights when leaving the room. Air conditioning, TV, kettle and dishes in the room. There is indeed a construction site, but in the evening and at night they do not work, and during the day it is hot and the windows are closed, nothing can be heard. We slept with an open balcony at night. In general, the impression is good.
A pretty decent hotel in terms of price/quality ratio.
We were able to book a room at the height of the season just a week before arrival.
The room has a small balcony with mountain views on one side, but on the other side there is an abundance of high-rise buildings.
There is a private Parking closed for 7-8 cars + next to the entrance to the building you can put a couple of cars.
Among the advantages in the room are a kettle, a refrigerator, a large TV, about 20 channels, of which several are Russian.
The main disadvantage is the cold floor, it would be possible to lay carpets or something.
Very weak breakfasts, problems with leaking water in the bathroom. Relatively clean, comfortable beds, it is better to take windows to the courtyard, so the frog songs are less audible.
Terrible hotel, breakfast is like in a nursing home. It's not clean, it's very dirty. the shower and toilet are combined and the quadrature of the room and the bathroom is very narrow. There is a construction site next to the hotel and it is very noisy. The frog sings loudly all night long. In short, the most horrible and disgusting hotel. I don 't even recommend it to my enemies 😡👎👎👎👎
I didn't like it at all: it is located almost on a construction site. The view from the window is a construction site with puddles and toad songs at night. The food is not tasty and monotonous, like in a hospital. There is no coffee or coffee machine. Only bags of instant drink. There is no milk. We cleaned the room ourselves. They took out the trash themselves! We went to get toilet paper ourselves. The bathroom is slippery and wet and there is no mat near the shower.
On the fifth day, we packed our bags and left.
Conclusion: if you want to like Batumi, look for another hotel.
PS: the staff was smiling and friendly, but it didn't change the situation.
The hotel almost ruined all the impressions of Georgia. On the fifth day, we just left the Royal Palace for a rented apartment.
The hotel is located next to a construction site (on three sides), the sounds of which can be heard perfectly during the day. I didn't like the food at all: It's like in a hospital, monotonous, without a soul. No coffee! Only instant, without milk. We cleaned the room ourselves, took out the trash ourselves, went to get toilet paper. The bathroom is very humid and there is no shower mat.
The only advantage is the staff: they were friendly with us.
Conclusion: If you want a good experience, look for another hotel.
The service is so-so, everything needs to be begged, the location to the sea is still tolerable, but the roads at the hotel are tin, especially after the rain. The Internet is also very bad at catching. As for breakfast, it's not bad enough
I understand that it is not 5 stars, but nevertheless, having heard so many enthusiastic responses about the hospitality of Georgia, I did not expect such poor service. The rooms are cleaned with a broom, the cleaners are arrogant, there is simply no kettle in the room, the magnet from the front door did not work, they opened with an ordinary key. The food is monotonous.
Next time, if I come, then only 5 stars.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. All the impressions of visiting Georgia were spoiled. Terrible rooms, terrible food, unfriendly staff. It is very reminiscent of Soviet sanatoriums, where you are not welcome: tea from a broom, porridge on water. And the cost corresponds to a decent hotel.
