I refueled in Ainabulak, the service is not that at 0. It's just a nightmare. They poured gasoline on my back tire and said that you were whining, go wash it. The administrator LAURA is an incompetent employee, said that none of the normal people want to work at Royal Petroleum, so she sent me only such service with the words "do what you want, we don't get paid so much here that you decide something"! Question to the Royal, why do you need such employees? And if my car catches fire, who will be responsible? Or you only need to bring money in silence, and you fill up with anything and also pose a threat to life! NEVER REFUEL IN THIS HELLISH PLACE. I just don't have enough anger, I spent a lot of time, money, nerves

All Royal gas stations are large territories. Everything is convenient. But, the shops at the gas station are infuriating. They go with the children and choose sweets, while the rest wait for the naughty children to get out I don't want to. Drive the car from the gas station and walk for at least a day. They walk like in a supermarket.

The distribution of gasoline is carried out according to such pieces of paper, on which nothing is clear at all, who wrote and to which company gasoline is distributed. Gulmira's senior manager couldn't explain anything intelligible. She just said that I won't prove anything to you, figure it out for yourself...As a result, she stopped answering her phone.
