Overall a good hotel. The service is good, the staff is polite, the location is convenient very close to the center, everything is within walking distance. Only breakfast, the food is delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. but! In my room, the bathroom dripped from under the sink, flowed from the wall, where something was probably connected before, and now there are plugs. AND A HUGE REQUEST!!!! you are welcome!!!!! Make the Internet, it works not that badly, but just disgusting, then it turns off, catches poorly, and if there is wifi, then "without an Internet connection"

This is our second visit to Yerevan and we already know the city well. The location is very good. It is convenient to get to any point of the sights. You can't stay without dinner in the evening, there's a whole street with cafes/restaurants opposite. The staff at the hotel is responsive, they respond to any request immediately. We were checked in a little earlier at our request, because we arrived very early. The room is clean. There is a kettle, tea bags and instant coffee. The mini-bar is full in the fridge. There's a grocery store almost across the street, if anything. We are happy with everything, if you don't find fault with the little things (and they were, of course). There's a problem with the Internet. Access is poor. We lived on the 3rd floor above Ijevan. Next time, we'll stop right there.
