A good hotel, a calm, intimate atmosphere. The reception staff are polite, attentive young people. There is a cozy cafe at the entrance where you can have breakfast and lunch. It is very convenient, there is also a small supermarket around the clock. We stayed literally for three days, there are no complaints.
I didn't see any disadvantages
Plus the friendly staff.
Clean rooms, perfect bed linen. The metro is 5 minutes away by walking distance. The main square is 20 minutes away.
There are shops and restaurants nearby
It's good for its value. The location is great, but if there are noisy neighbors, you will have to suffer. The TV from the next room played a couple of nights in a row behind the wall, right behind the headboard... Thanks to the man at the reception, I went to deal with the tenants of that room several times, but after a while they turned it on again
We liked it, it was generally clean, the weather was not so warm in May, the air conditioner did not work for heat. I booked a red room. The staff was polite, one guy only spoke Russian. The kettle didn't work, but it was replaced.
We arrived closer to night, settled in immediately - this is a huge plus. The staff is friendly, the hotel is cozy. But, one nuance crossed out absolutely everything! We were put in an unmade room!!! The first thing that caught my eye was a full trash can...we took a shower, pulled the bedspread off the bed and voila - dirty linen: with the smell of sweat, rolled sheets and pillowcases in the color of "blue clouds". Sorry, but this is a complete trash!!!
Polite and responsive staff🤝🤝🤝Treat Russians well, and in general, everyone... Due to problems with the landslide at the IOP, they provided a room for free for two days.
It is indicated that it is possible to stay with animals, but upon refusal. We arrived with a small toy terrier in the evening, confident that the information about the hotel's services is up to date.
