A good Condo in the price-quality ratio, quiet, peaceful Jomtien area, infrastructure within walking distance, a huge plus - a swimming pool, a great option for family holidays, many thanks to Pavel, an employee of Royal property, always in touch, help with any questions, simplicity and accessibility of payment for royal property services. Rested November 2024.

We would like to share our positive experience of buying an apartment in the Riviera Jomtien condominium in Pattaya. The transaction was completed remotely through the real estate agency Royal Property, and we were completely satisfied with the quality of their work. We would like to express our special gratitude to our agent Kristina. She turned out to be a very pleasant person and a true professional: she promptly answered all our questions, explained in detail each stage of the process and helped us feel confident, despite the remote format of the transaction. Thanks to her support and care, the purchase went as smoothly as possible and without unnecessary worries. After our arrival in Pattaya, Kristina met us, took us to the apartment, and gave us answers to all our questions. Now, looking back, we can definitely say that we are pleased that our choice fell on Royal Property. Many thanks to the whole team and especially to Kristina!!!

I am very pleased with the fact that there are honest and competent agents for whom the interests of the client are more important than the commission. Unfortunately, before the Royal Property company, I had a negative experience of contacting agencies.
