It definitely doesn't look like a premium massage in terms of service. The workers talk to each other during the massage, make sudden movements without warning. The clothes were given out of size, and during the massage they were asked to change clothes right in a room with three people, covering themselves with a towel.

On January 10, we attended the "Romance of Koh Lanta" procedure (cedar barrel and massage).
I am very disappointed. Inattentive, rude girls at the reception. Absolutely nothing was explained where to go, what to do. But the most unpleasant thing: the steaming barrel stank wildly of either mold or old sweat that had not been washed...
The massage was good. But this does not atone for the very unpleasant impression of visiting the salon.

If you are looking for a spa where your body will be treated delicately, I do not recommend visiting.
When we discussed it with the administrators of the massage area upon arrival, I indicated that I would not like my head and face to be touched. Nevertheless, when the master entered the room, she immediately began to slap me on the head with her palm with the words "no head, yes?"…During the massage, the head was repeatedly touched as a result, and I had to ask several times not to touch it.
Also, the master was completely indelicate about the intimate areas of the body, took the towel and did not hold it against her chest when turning over on the table, as they do in all decent spas. The point was not taken into account that it might be uncomfortable for a person.
But the most uncomfortable situation was that at one point at the stone massage, which we had already been to several times, the master began to massage my breasts. I did not expect this at all, and even if so, it was possible to massage the muscle by leaving a towel on the chest itself, but for some reason this area was massaged as a whole. Also, when massaging the hips, the master repeatedly touched the intimate areas above them with her hands.
This was an unacceptable situation for me and I asked the administrator why it happened. I was told that this always happens during a massage. To my remark that I had repeatedly been to such a massage and there was nothing like it, they continued to argue with me and tried to explain to me that I was wrong. As a result, it turned out that I had to clarify that I did not want to massage intimate areas, although in my understanding this is already an obvious thing. When asked if the spa does not think that in this case they themselves need to clarify this point with the guests so that there are no unpleasant situations, because everyone can treat this differently, they continued to argue with me.
I asked to talk to the manager, but manager Daria also didn't find the time to discuss this situation with me in the end.
Therefore, if you still go to the Royal Thai Spa, and want to relax for your own money, you will have to think for yourself about the factors that can make your vacation unpleasant - unfortunately, they will not do it for you, inviting you to rest there. What else will you need to consider yourself? That the oil can run out and take its toll?
It is also a pity that the work with the client is zero. The situation could be solved with two sentences at once: "Sorry that the rest was not very pleasant, we will definitely take this point into account, we are always happy to improve the level of our service. Come to us next time, we will make sure that such moments no longer cause discomfort."
And now we are unlikely to remain guests of the spa, and with us all those people to whom we regularly gave certificates for all kinds of holidays.

It's a good place. The staff is very polite. The masters did everything well. The key difference from other salons is discounts on weekdays. A 1.5-hour massage cost 135 rubles. I looked at prices in others - starting from 150. I withdraw one point for adding an additional half hour, which I did not ask for, so the price increased slightly, so it would be about 105 rubles. But they were too well dented, they did not arise :)

We were here with a friend, before the spa ritual, the girl from the administration wrote down our names and wishes on a piece of paper: which zones should be worked out better, we also chose aroma oil. During the course it turned out that they had mixed up the pieces of paper with the names, but it did not work out to explain this to a person who does not speak a word in either Russian or English, alas. As a result, the wrong oil was used and there was no emphasis on those areas that were indicated. The massage lasted about an hour, according to the standard program, then tea with candied fruits was brought. The prices are very high.

Despite the cool weather outside, the room was warm enough, and the heater was carefully turned on before our arrival. The masters are friendly, and during the ceremony they always ask if everything is all right with you. The atmosphere is relaxing: semi-darkness, soothing music, incense in the air - everything sets up for a pleasant pastime. But extraneous noises (a motorcycle passing by, men tipsy and "in a voice") occasionally come from the street. Before the ceremony, they offer to fill out a questionnaire in which you can choose the degree of pressure during massage, places on the body that should not be touched and which, on the contrary, should be given special attention. As a result, I can say that the average pressure for us was really average and quite satisfied, but the master stubbornly ignored the lower back, which I asked to pay more attention to. But in general, during the time spent here, you have time to relax, relax and even take a nap. And although the cost is quite high, sometimes you definitely need to pamper yourself.

It was my first time in such an institution. In principle, I liked everything. I had a certificate for a traditional Thai oil ritual and massage. From the very beginning, they suggested choosing an essential oil to taste, clarified which areas should be worked out more, and which ones should not be touched, with what pressure to work. The massage itself was moderately hard, really completely kneaded.
I wasn't ready for the fact that the masters speak a mixture of Russian and English, but it turned out to be funny.
I liked that the room has a shower.
I think I'll be back.

To say that you liked it is just not to say anything. It was magnificent, enchanting, wonderful, wonderful! To be honest, I was somewhat skeptical, thinking what I hadn't seen. Yes, of course, I have not been to Thailand, but, you must agree, it is nice that in Minsk you can visit such an amazing island of Thai massage with the atmosphere of Thailand. Before the session, friendly administrators will fill out a questionnaire with suggestions on which area to pay more attention to and the level of pressure. I chose the "strong" level (I wanted to come off in full) and the "neck-collar zone" area (there is a problem due to sitting at the computer for a long time) and did not regret it. A Thai mater named Wang is a small woman, but so strong, as if on a mental level she felt which area needed special attention. The combination of fragrant oil, strong and at the same time gentle hands and oriental music work magically. For an hour, Master Wang massaged both her hands and elbows with volcanic stones, the warmth of which penetrates into your body. In the end, she folded me in half, stretched out her arms. Then there was herbal tea with sweets. There is a shower in the room, but I did not want to wash the oil off my body, as the skin became velvety and tender. After the session, I really felt rested, rejuvenated, energetic, as if I had been in an oriental fairy tale. A great gift!!!
