The plumbing needs to be repaired. I liked everything else very much. Helpful staff, delicious, cozy.
Minuses:
1) The guide. He immediately went on the attack and added.sales. He said either we agree or we say goodbye. As promised, I did not help with questions. And there are no complaints about the hotel itself.

A good hotel, they usually feed, but not for 4 stars, you will definitely find something to eat)) It is located ~ 4km from the center of Alanya, we walked to the center in 40 minutes. Clean, cozy, polite person. Everything is included, but Wi-Fi in the room is paid for 10 days for $ 12. The hotel has a swimming pool with a pair of water slides, a children's pool, many sun loungers, a hookah bar. Guests during our visit: Germans, Poles, Romanians, Russian Federation.
This hotel does not have its own beach, although it is very close, so you will have to "buy a place in the sun" at a cost of 50-70 lira per day, keep in mind.

We had a rest in Grand Alice for the second year in a row.
In 2023, the hotel was called Royalisa. We were absolutely delighted, so we went back to it.
But the owner of the hotel has changed, there have been many changes.
Of the advantages:
-There are toilets by the pool (with a child, you do not need to run across the entire hotel to the reception from the pool);
-Changing booths have appeared near the shower in the pool area.
- Irina and Tyson are still working on the way to the beach, who will pick up an excursion and help save money.
Of the cons:
-Surcharge for a room with a sea view is 35 euros per day (we did not pay extra);
- We were accommodated with a view of the mountains and the school on the second floor (roosters crow every morning from 5:30 a.m., the mosque calls for prayer, a very noisy and busy street);
- On the very first day, they met a cockroach in the bathroom, contacted the reception, to which they received the answer: "So what, I have cockroaches at home too";
- The food has become simply unbearable, we are not picky about food, but meat and poultry are in trouble.… In the evening, fish, chicken or turkey fillets were always grilled, but at lunch they served chickpeas, beans, soy meatballs and soy patties, and one dish of turkey thigh fillet…

We checked in at night, there was a spacious and beautiful room for 3 people in the tour, they put us in some kind of cubicle with 3 beds across a tiny room, and you literally have to jump over them. We immediately went to the reception to change, they charged us an additional 40000r for this.! After haggling for a long time, tired from a very long journey, not spammed, all sweaty, somehow managed to get an additional 10 t.p., moved to a spacious and nice room. But it immediately left its mark on the impressions of the hotel. The hotel was half empty. The food is so-so. In the bar, some bartenders pour as much as you want, some refuse, like you can't do it anymore, most likely greed and the order of the owner. The territory is tiny, the pool is normal. It's far and difficult to get to the beach, but worse, it's almost impossible to enter the sea, there are slippery slabs, and you can break all your legs. We walked to the right along the shore for another 15-20 minutes to a patch of 30 meters with pebbles, where everyone is sitting like a herring in a barrel. Conclusion: Never again!..

The hotel is located near the center of Alanya, there is a shopping center nearby, various shops - this is the main advantage of the hotel. If you are planning a fairly active city vacation, then this is a good option.

- Numbers. They don't match what's in the photos. They do not have double beds at all, to make a double bed they move two single beds, it is not comfortable to sleep. The bathroom has a very dim light, like in some hospital. Also the bathroom is dead: the sink is cracked, there is a plaque on the bathroom and plumbing. The air conditioners are working, but they are very groaning. I had cleaning every other time - it seems the cleaners forgot about my room)
- Service. If you check in after dinner, then forget that you will get at least some kind of lunchbox. I checked in around 12 a.m. after a three-hour drive from the airport - they didn't give me anything and didn't ask if I was hungry. Also, they themselves will not think to collect a lunchbox for you at check-out if you leave early in the morning, before breakfast. When I checked in, they couldn't pour shower gel into a bottle in the bathtub for two days, only after the second time I went to a rest stop.
- Food. In general, not bad, but very monotonous, for the first three days everything was OK, then it was a little sad from the monotony. There are no breakfasts - I went to a coffee shop nearby. Also, the dishes do not have signatures with a description - so what you put in the plate will be a surprise)
- The Territory. Small, but well-groomed.
- The beach. The hotel does not have its own beach, there are no towels for the beach, so you need to buy your own. The road from the hotel to the beach is 10 minutes. The food is normal, but on the 3rd day I got tired, there are a lot of fruits, one of the meat is chicken and beef or minced meat, fish every other day, eggs in the morning, omelet not often, pancakes after 1-2 days. The beach is inconvenient, after 100 meters there are already cobblestones, slabs in the sea, small stones are the way out, so be sure to take aquashoos, and the sand is very hot. Next time I'll pay extra and I'd rather go to a hotel with a private beach and more stars. The hotel recommends itself as a 4*, but it is more than 3+*, although there is a swimming pool on site, but the territory itself is small. The furniture in the room is old, the plumbing is too, the towels were changed after the reminder. We didn't pay attention to these shortcomings, but they still exist. Have a good rest!

If you come there with a red bracelet, you will need to pay for a sunbed and an umbrella separately. We were given white bracelets upon check-in, and our friends were given red ones the next day. It's unclear why, they had a room next door.
Also, upon check-in, we were sent to a two-room room with five! beds on the ground floor (there were two of us for a moment: me and my husband)But a little tip and the words that we have a wedding vacation gave us the right to change a room with one room and a sea view on the 7th floor. We checked in at 23 o'clock in the morning, lunch was not folded for us, but the reception offered to order pizza for us, which we of course agreed to, because after 10 hours on the road we were very tired and wanted to eat.
The rooms are generally clean, but the towels are stained and you can see that they are already old. I have never found clean towels in 7 days of rest.
The hotel beach is a 7-10 minute walk away. The pool is clean, the slides are gorgeous.

The hotel is super! Everything is fine! I advise everyone who is not looking for pathos and golden delights. The sea is 5 minutes, cleanliness is in order, linen is changed every day. The room is large with two rooms, one with a double bed + an ottoman, the other with two single beds. Balcony. The view from the 6th floor is stunning to the sea, mountains. We paid inexpensively for four, flew Turkish there and back, everything is clear. It took 2.5 hours to get to the hotel along with the arrivals on a large comfortable bus, the younger 6 years old rode and stared. No rotoviruses, no colds, everything is just great. The hotel administration absolutely refused to change our room and even the guide did not help!!! I was resting alone. I liked the hotel, I wanted to come back. The room was cool, clean, with a great view and daily cleaning with a change of towels. Food: delicious, varied and a lot. I was pleased with the management of the hotel and the staff - they are very responsive. Beach: nearby, clean, comfortable with good people who work there. The price for a bed + umbrella is 10 lire, that is, 80 rubles. The hotel is located in a quiet place, from where you can move into the bustling city life in 5-10 minutes (to Cleopatra beach, the old town, attractions, clubs, restaurants, shopping and so on). The hotel is average. There is no rotten food, but the choice is meager. There are no delicious buns or croissants for breakfast. Sausages are sometimes passable, sometimes they just suck. The room keys for a family of 4 people are alone and are no longer allowed. I left the room - everything goes out there and the phone does not charge, the usual discount cards do not work (previously, other hotels used such a trick). The beach of the hotel is quite far to the left along the shore from the street where the hotel is and there is no normal approach. As a result, either drag yourself to the beach and then go swimming from the bridge 300-400 meters to the right (i.e. back to the entrance to the beach) or get up as a savage closer to the bridge. At the bridge itself, the White in white bar-restaurant (this is the closest entrance to the sea from the hotel) has sun beds, but it costs one 30 lira (300 rubles) and they constantly have loud music for fans. The best beach in Cleopatra county is very far away, take the bus. It is better not to save money and take more expensive. There is an industrial zone near the hotel, many repair shops. It was the farthest from the airport, it was also tiring, we drove for more than 3 hours.You live every day and realize that it's your own fault: you were looking for a cheaper hotel - get it!

We rested on the May holidays of 2022.
They settled in almost immediately, first they put on bracelets and sent us to eat, then they gave us the Internet and we waited a little. Clean nice room. A clean bathroom, there is a hairdryer, towels, gel shampoo in the dispenser. Air conditioning, refrigerator in the room and TV with Russian channels.
A huge well-maintained territory, there is a Playground, a hammock, table tennis and just where to sit. The territory is guarded by a megapushy dog. Kind gambler, you can stroke it. The owner lets him go under supervision.

We met the owner of the hotel. He speaks Russian. He has three hotels, he often stays on site and in the restaurant, monitors everything.
In the afternoon, between meals, there were snacks in the lobby bar, where they baked a Turkish pizza. It was very tasty and you could take vegetables . In the evening before dinner, it seems to be from 16-17) +|~ I do not remember, there was dessert and tea coffee, which is always available by the way, as well as the bar until 22:00. I didn't take strong alcohol, but the guys from Germany took it, they say it's good.
I boldly recommend it and I will be happy to return myself.

We had a rest in August with the girls at this hotel.
I wanted to have fun. They understood that no hotel would provide fun from morning to morning, so they needed a hotel in the city.
Nearby (on the embankment) are the main daytime party discos, restaurants and cafes. It was always possible to walk back to the room and not spend money on a taxi. So the location is as convenient as possible.
The hotel itself has a small territory, but we didn't need green golf courses.
I wanted a clean, well-maintained hotel and nice rooms. So that there is no feeling of disgust. That's what we got. The hotel is either renovated or new. The furniture is new, the mattresses, the pillows are clean (I have a thing about this issue). There was animation, but it didn't stick to "buy-buy / go-go". Which was very gratifying.
There was always enough food. Well, the cocktails were also pleasing 🙂🙂🙂
