We stayed for 2 days
1. Cool, warm and very clean pool. The best.
2. Beautiful garden, very cozy, but it was a little difficult for me to pass, the jacket clung to the spikes and broke a little, but these are small things.
3. Clean bed linen with towels, pleasant aroma.
4. It is possible to wash for 100 rubles.
5. Beautiful dogs.
Now about the cons, we got a room with very small windows, the mattress is dusty under the topper, the bed is dusty below, I wouldn't have known about it if I hadn't heard rustling at night, I assume it was a mouse, since light objects fell on the floor 3 times. Mouse poop, cleaned in the afternoon, appeared in the morning.
I informed Oleg about this, and they gave me an answer: "We'll see."
The whole garden is packed with cars.
It's a strange feeling, they wanted to extend it to 15, but decided to leave.
P.S. Maybe the mouse is stray, I haven't seen it, but we'll find out from a thousand updated ones.

We rested for a week with our family. Beautiful rooms, cleanliness, swimming pool, sea nearby, everything you need for a wonderful holiday. By the way, shops are also nearby. The hostess of the house, Rosa, is very positive and cheerful, always tells you everything and always with a smile. Thanks for the hospitality, we will definitely come back again. As they say, the impression of the city begins with the hotel, so starting your acquaintance with Sukhum from the Rosa guest house, you will have only the best memories of the city.

A great guest house. I come here for the second time and everything is always at the highest level. The rooms are good, everything you need to stay is there. Everything is always clean and ironed. A big plus is a cool warm pool. After walking in the evening, it's great to swim. Decent kitchen -living room, dishes, stove, microwave. In a word, everything you need. The owners of the house are hospitable, always ready to help with any question. I also consider the location itself a plus. 7-10 minutes and you're already at the beginning of the embankment, class. The territory is also always clean and there is a well-kept garden with roses. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and for your hard work.
