To say that this concert hall is gorgeous is not to say anything. Amazing acoustics, big stage. I listened to a lot of classical concerts there and for 2 years in a row I was lucky enough to observe the process of the most beautiful Astana Piano Passion competition (the first two competitions). Summing up, I want to say that I give this concert hall a well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐️

I came to the concert "MASTERPIECES OF ITALIAN BAROQUE AND VIENNESE CLASSICS" on 03.12.24 today. It was only on the spot that it turned out that instead of a chamber hall, the concert would be held in the lobby, no warnings were made about this before the concert. And this is in winter, when the front door is constantly opening behind people, which creates a draft and cold. The chairs were flimsy and uncomfortable, and there was no numbering of seats.
The concert itself started ten minutes late, after which, during the opening speech, the entertainers justified that the transfer to the lobby was a "new format" and it was done for "a deeper immersion in the musical work." I felt neither one nor the other.
The beauty of the music itself could not change the fact that the evening was irretrievably ruined. Now I'll think twice before taking tickets here. If it were possible, I would request a refund for the tickets.

This is the best concert hall with unparalleled acoustics, I have been here many many times. The main thing is not to take tickets at the edges closer to the screen, for some reason the sound is bad there.
Otherwise, everything is fine. While waiting for the concert, you can view the expositions presented in the lobby.
It is better to get there by taxi, parking is inconvenient

A beautiful building both outside and inside. Friendly staff. We were at the performance Number 13. I liked the acting. The only disadvantage for us is that when buying tickets for this event, it was not indicated that the performance was in the Kazakh language.

The hall looks expensive, the architecture is interesting, the materials used are cool. I have one question - why do viewers on the balcony see 70% of the field of view of the ceiling, fittings, cables, etc. I was still sitting in the front row. And those who are on the last row of the balcony do not see the stage at all. In my opinion, the project of the building is pompous and does not justify the money invested if you talk about taking care of the viewer. I expected more. I compare it with the new Philharmonic in Novosibirsk: by buying the cheapest tickets at the gallery, you will see and hear everything 100%. But the experience is interesting, thanks for trying. You only need to buy tickets to the stalls if you want to see and hear everything well here.

The location between the House of Ministries and Ak Horde is not convenient. Great difficulties with parking (one entrance and exit to the parking lot).
There is rarely soap in the toilets. The dryer doesn't always work. Otherwise, everything is fine. And yes, the balconies are placed on the sides behind the speakers, it would be better if these sectors were not sold

There are doubts about the correctness of the layout of the auditorium. The hall is incredibly narrow, stretched upwards, towards the gallery-balconies. We take 8-10 times binoculars with us! There are no parking lots nearby, and Yandex.Taxi will have to be called to a point about 200 meters from the entrance, it is impossible to get closer.

The concert hall itself performs the function of a museum, but this is a stretch, because everything that you can see is located in one wing (only I did not understand which one, because all the logistics of the building were thought out, in my opinion, after its design was invented).
