A great flower shop.
The flowers were fresh and fragrant, the decoration looks stylish and neat.
I would like to note the polite and professional approach of the staff. They helped to choose a bouquet on request and offered tips on flower care.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Roza Shop was extremely disappointing. I placed an order, and despite the fact that it was confirmed to me, no further information was given. I expected to receive a confirmation or at least a notification about the order status, but, alas, this did not happen.
Attempts to contact them by phone and via messengers were unsuccessful — no one answered my messages. As a result, I was left in complete ignorance and without an order. I am very disappointed with this level of service. I do not recommend this salon if you want to be sure of your order and receive the necessary information.

For a C grade ) because all ready - made bouquets are not fresh , but just a way to sell stagnant flowers that do not stand at home for 3 days , unfortunately , therefore 3 stars
