It is not the first time that a situation has occurred that the flowers are stupidly rotten. And it's not because they didn't have the right care. It's about the organization itself and the specially selected flowers (buds). I won't order anything else there. The roses didn't last three days. Roses usually cost me a week + and the bud does not fall apart because you took the rose to prune. 0/5 stars, ugh. The courier was also an hour late!!!!!! This is just the edge for me

Hello. I would like to speak about the florist consultants who are not interested in the quality of their work, they did not want to help with the choice, as well as offer any options, I chose myself, then they began to collect a bouquet, not even choosing roses, but just grabbed everything, the look of these roses left much to be desired, had to be shown with a finger on those that really wanted to be replaced, the girls perceived it negatively...they also did not want to process the roses... Yesterday 01.02.2022 at 9.00 I bought a bouquet of beautiful peach roses (17 pieces). I took them safely to the office (max 20 minutes) by car in comfortable conditions, in the office they were put in water (they were not cut off, because the seller cut them off with me). And.... after three hours they became sluggish, and a day later looking at the bouquet I wanted to cry. I'm attaching a photo! Made at 19.00 02.02.2022. I was not too lazy and brought flowers to the store. Sellers' response: we have nothing to do with it, call the call center, and, most importantly, as it turned out, it was my fault - I didn't cut it, so they wilted! Three hours! That is, if you want to give flowers to a person dear to you (and not very much), you bought them and cut them off and give them away. Otherwise, embarrass yourself like me! The flowers were presented to the employee and the flowers stood in plain sight for a day, and we all watched their sudden death.

Three requests to this store, namely at the address Vostochnaya St., all three disappointments.
1. I order a bouquet of roses for my grandmother for others. I rely on the photo (I know I acted stupidly, but I decided to trust myself, such self-promotion), I come to pick up ..... and there is a bouquet called "misfortune the size of a fist". The bouquet of grandmothers in the transition is even bigger and more beautiful. Freshness - the buds were not hard, from the word at all, i.e. the roses were at least a few days old.
2. We order as a team (the team said, well, it happens to anyone, well, I got a bad bouquet once), there is also a bouquet in a hatbox for the boss. On the day of the order, I clearly stipulated - do not dial the number from which I am calling - this is a work number, write down a personal number, this is one time, secondly, delivery is strictly no earlier than 11.00!! And in the third, it is necessary to dial in 15 minutes! They said of course! Result. At 5 minutes to 9 in the morning, the work phone starts ringing incessantly (we start answering it exactly from 9.00).I'm picking it up - I'm here. I say who are you? Courier, I'm standing here by the elevator. On the third day, the bouquet wilted. Getting ahead of the questions: I know how to handle a floral sponge and I immediately determine the freshness of flowers - after all, I worked as a florist decorator at weddings, the flowers are fresh again.
3. They give me a bouquet of roses from this wonderful store for a gift. And so interesting.... the white roses were all fresh, the buds were strong as a stone and the outer petals were not plucked. So they stood, as it should be, fresh blooms, for 2 weeks, but the red ones ..... were half already soft as a sponge, the second half was on the way to this state. On the second day, the red roses hung their heads. And there were 11 red roses in the bouquet.
I never want to come back again. I just want to warn everyone who gathers in this place that it is not worth the word at all.

I came to their store to spend 300 rubles, but in the end I didn't spend a single ruble and I'm writing a negative review.
