Disgusting attitude towards customers. I needed roses as a gift. I came to the store, the sellers were going about their business. No one even asked what to offer you. We just walked around in silence for a minute and didn't pay attention. As a result, after asking the question where are the roses or what is their cost, they still answered me with a dissatisfied face. After buying roses, I concluded that I no longer set foot there.

I ordered a bouquet of 15 roses. The flowers are twice as small as in the photo, so I think the price tag is too big, it's better to buy 7 pcs of large roses in a regular store with this money. The lady in the store was more busy sorting through the papers than wanting to give me a bouquet. In general, the experience is so-so, not a foot there anymore.

But the fact remains, it's terrible. 13 rubles for one ball was just thrown away. Yes, and when you call, there are completely different stories, only when you buy they will say that foil balloons will last for a long time. When you call, they will say that you were carrying it the wrong way, "you were driving in the car, right? Was it stored in the sun? Have you been carrying it home for a long time? "but no and no! When these options were sorted out, they said that "well, this is the normal service life of the ball. Normal. If they had said this when buying, we would not have bought it, since they alone have an abnormally short service life of the balls. It's terrible, I don't recommend it.
