They refused to pick a bouquet 40 minutes before closing time, although none of the visitors were there at that time. They told me to choose from the showcase from what had already stood for the day and advised me to come earlier. It is not entirely clear why employees refuse to perform their duties during working hours and not even 5-10 minutes before closing time. The store should work on motivating employees to perform their job duties efficiently.

I bought roses on October 14th for my wife's mother's Day. The saleswoman said that the roses I chose were meter long and would stand for up to 2 weeks. Which everyone really likes. I took the ones in the window. The seller said that they were today's and that's why they fluffed up so much, and it was very important to me that they were beautiful at the moment. I said, will they wither tomorrow, since they are so beautiful and loose? She insisted that she didn't. I bought it, brought it home, cut it off. They're withered for tomorrow. I got the impression that they were "on a binge" and they were just "given to me"… It was a shame to see them like this in the morning. The first 3 photos were taken on the evening of the 14th, the second 3 on the 15th in the morning. I really wanted to bring them to the young lady who sold them to me.

I bought flowers on 07/09/12 at about 20:00. Upon arrival home, they were cut off within an hour and put into the water. Photos taken on 07/10/22 at 12 p.m. (attached to the recording). The consultant girls are kind and friendly and the service is good, but the quality of the products is complete horror. I took them a second time, too, everything was bad with flowers after 1.5 days, I thought maybe I got caught. As it turned out (after reading reviews from other outlets of this company), everything is always bad with the quality of colors. If you don't want to spoil the holiday, it's better to buy somewhere else.
