Я давний клиент данной компании. Компания звонит, напоминает о важных датах-это плюс. Плюсом можно считать и доставку. Диапазон 2 часа, т е 7-9, 9-11 итд. Хотя, зачастую нет этих двух часов, но это терпимою. Но... Самое главное-это сервис по доставке цветов. А качество цветов ухудшилось, причем существенно... Уважаемые господа. Может пришло время пересмотреть цены, чтобыьуличшить качество? Хорошо, что появились розы Эквадора, может теперь что-то станет лучше.

Периодически захожу в данный магазин - живу рядом.
Магазин на 4 из 5. Если букет нужен обычный, незатейливый - то все ОК. А вот если что-то понарядней, праздничнее - то не особо там найдешь. Сотрудники слегка "невнятные". Но в целом - за те деньги, что они берут, вполне хорошие цветы и нормальный сервис.

В последнее время неоднократно слышу о низком качестве ваших цветов, но позавчерашний случай меня поразил окончательно... Парень подарил мне букет роз из вашего магазина....в котором оказалось 10 штук.
Я просто в "диком восторге"..
Ваши сотрудники по вечерам как, совсем в пол силы работают?
Парень естественно не пересчитывал цветы, он неоднократно брал их у вас, было некое доверие к компании. Было. Посчитала розы уже Я, когда меняла воду.
Руководству советую посмотреть камеры видеонаблюдения от 30.06, время +- 21:30 - и провести воспитательную беседу с девушкой, которая натворила такой беспредел, видимо скорее хотела избавиться от клиента, чтобы посидеть в инстаграме.
Я посоветую всем своим знакомым не обращаться больше в ваши магазины, ибо данный случай считаю максимально оскорбительным.
А ещё что я скажу!
Мой парень написал в инстаграм аккаунт об этом, и ответившая менеджер Наталья сразу задала вопрос, "почему он сразу не обратился?"
А какого, простите, ваш клиент должен стоять и пересчитывать цветы, и "сразу обращаться" ????
Если вы не умеете признавать свою вину, брать ответственность за работу, которую выполняете, и предпочитаете держать своих клиентов за идиотов - увольняйтесь
и не работайте больше с людьми!

Отвратительная работа оператора (-в) колл-центра. Дают обсалютно противоречивую информацию. В понедельник утром сказали, что нет бронирования букетов на 1 сентября, а в среду ответили, что бронирование букетов было расписано во вторник, это как!?
На все вопросы ответ оператора "Я не знаю...".
Руководству стоит обучить персонал общению с клиентами.
Не стоит тратить свое время на этот магазин.
