never! Never order delivery from this service! They do not call in advance upon delivery, they do not ring the doorbell when arriving. They ask for 5 rubles for a second attempt. And they blame you for not asking to contact the recipient in advance. And if you repeat, you ask to contact 30 minutes before delivery, but they say that this cannot be done))))) The service is below the baseboard. Not another foot.

Совсем недавно узнала об этом замечательном месте, что хочу сказать, более приветливого персонала я ещё не встречала ! Пойдут на встречу, расскажут какие лучше брать , по их рекомендациям всё делаю и цветы стоят очень долго, приятно , что есть такой магазин у меня на районе!!! Ставлю крепкие 5 звёзд:)))

I bought roses on July 20 closer to the store's closing. By the middle of the next day, the buds had fallen at half of the bouquet (10 roses).
I did everything on the recommendation of the florist who collected the bouquet: I cut the stems at home and put them in water. I didn't put the sun near the window either. It is very unpleasant to see such a picture the day after purchase

That was probably my mistake (on the part of the sellers). I said that the pensioner mom would take the order, and then I would come and pick it up. They were brought as agreed on time (my mother said).And then the bell rings and my outraged mother informs me that these flowers are not for a birthday present, but it's a shame to carry them to the cemetery, how scary, dry and peeling they are. They don't even deserve one star! The guy presented a bouquet of 51 roses. When I was sorting through it, I noticed rotten stems and aching buds, but I let it go.. Two days later, the roses can be thrown away........ They just all dried up, the buds drooped and shrunk.. just money and a gift to waste! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLOWER SALON, DO NOT BE FOOLED, otherwise you will also get upset and lose money, I have everything!

The consultant took notes and photographed an example of a bouquet in the right range. In fact, we received a bouquet in a completely different range and in a different box. It was written on the tag that this was our order. It left the impression that they forgot to fulfill our order, but sold what was in stock. There was no information from the store about the absence of colors in this range in advance.

Despite the terms of the public offer, I consider it NOT NORMAL to confirm an order that needs to be delivered after 2 days AT NIGHT, the work schedule AROUND the CLOCK does not mean that you can call your customers At any time of the day, there are some standards of decency. And such an UNOBTRUSIVE service has crossed out my good impression of your stores.
