The mood is wonderful...We went in, silence, neither hello nor goodbye, zero reaction, only the parrot chirps, everyone is very busy.... Choose for yourself ..., I say to us, a girl of 16 years old, the answer is: yes, in principle, we don't care who or what ..., I just didn't want to spoil myself, and most importantly, the child's mood. Madame the salesman looked haughty and displeased that we had distracted her. We chose a bouquet of pink roses for 43 rubles, well, as if for 3 kopecks....I would like some basic attention and service. Therefore, the colors are 5+, the service is -10.

The arrogance and indifference of the florist are off the scale, despite the fact that it was morning and there was no one else in the studio except me. She absolutely didn't care if I was satisfied as a customer. When asked to advise what kind of prefabricated bouquet can be selected for 60-70 byn, he said that this was impossible (although everything turned out in the end). She also ridiculed that I, as a buyer, do not know the cost of some flowers, "what did you think, hydrangea is cheaper?!" To pack the bouquet so that when I left the store, I hid it from the wind with my body, because the packaging is falling apart - everything was not folded very tightly. + the man tied a green plastic ribbon on top of the beige packaging on the finishing layer, which stuck out from under the decorative fabric. As they joked in childhood, you can break your hands for such work. The flowers are fresh, yes. But I chose them, literally pointing my finger at what to take. The unpleasant point of Rosa bel, apparently they count only on wealthy tourists from the hilton.

Never order flowers here, they will stick in a sluggish bouquet and claim that these are flowers from today's fresh delivery. 10 minutes after receiving the bouquet, I wrote about the problem on the store's Instagram. In response, I heard that the flowers were fresh, there were also questions about their storage, pruning the stem.
What these questions were for is unclear, if I was talking about the fact that I had just received a bouquet, it did not even stand at my house for half an hour, therefore it is not my fault in its disgusting state. I did not receive a proper apology, the customer was not compensated for the cost.
I am attaching a photo of the bouquet immediately after receiving it and after a day of staying with me. It completely wilted on Sunday, and I received it late on Friday evening. Judge for yourself about the quality and freshness of the bouquet.

The young man decided to do something nice and ordered a bouquet of roses (3.12). The very next day, a couple of roses began to wither. We thought maybe it was from the cold, we changed the water several times, cut it off. The next day, half of the flowers wilted. There was a spoiled mood and money to waste. We wanted to resolve everything peacefully, wrote on Instagram, explained the whole situation, to which we received the answer that the staff did not understand why the flowers behaved like that, said that according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus flowers are not exchangeable and refundable, and offered a 10% discount on the subsequent order. And now we have to throw out the bouquet after two days, despite the fact that money was also paid for it. Please, the management should pay attention to this and improve the service of your service. With this approach to customers, you simply won't have them.

Tempering 30.08.2023 on 08/31/2023 for a child on September 1, 5 roses color (peach) + delivery, the girl on the phone offered white roses, since those roses were in a small quantity and I understood that they were not very fresh. They changed it to white without any problems. The courier delivered 5 white roses in a shipping package, checked for the presence of the package, did not open it because they still needed to be brought home, but in vain. I opened it at home and it turned out that one rose immediately crumbled and another one was on the way, they definitely won't live until tomorrow. I contacted the girl on the phone and explained the situation, to which I was given only one answer: "That I should have completely unpacked the flowers and looked at them"
The flowers were not fresh from the beginning, it's obvious!!! They sold the garbage. 20 white rubles is just a waste. And this is before September 1st. The problem was not solved, they say it was their own fault that they did not look. Disgusting attitude towards the customer

I didn't expect this!!! Yesterday was his birthday and the guy bought a gorgeous bouquet of peach pink roses. It's not the first time we've taken flowers there. By the evening of 14.06, the roses began to lower their heads. I thought maybe they were hot. Indeed, flowers don't really stick in the heat.. Today I changed the water, cut it off and found a surprise.. (Photo) MOLD!!!! This is kapets. If the flowers were from the same pack, they should stand for a maximum of 1 more day and be discarded. I am very, very upset with such a service. I thought florists would at least check the flowers before packing. Out of 17 pieces, 6 pieces were thrown in the trash..5 pieces are already rotting from the cuttings. Yes , something like that ... I was standing with another expensive bouquet..
