Not so long ago, a flower shop was opened on Volgogradskaya Street in Minsk, near the Moskovskaya metro station. We were glad, because you don't need to go far to get flowers, everything is nearby. There is a wonderful reason to visit this store... I'd rather go to the train station to pick up flowers. Completely untrained staff. "Served" by a girl who, apparently, is not familiar with the concepts of "floristry" and "working with a client." She projected her bad mood on the client, answered rudely, did not respond to requests, and was rude to comments. The request was very simple. By the way, about the assortment and prices: there is a very small selection of colors, the prices are too high. As a result of the visit, I left the store in complete disappointment, with a spoiled mood and a bouquet of roses, which, I hope, will open up and show their true beauty for the price that is stated in the store, and despite the dislike for flowers and people that the seller shows, unfortunately, who came across me. I do not recommend this store to visit!

I'm literally running and writing a review, because I was pleasantly surprised. The store on the Moskovskaya metro station roses are white , I was pleased.
I decided before work, while I was waiting for transport, to go and see what kind of flower shop I had not been to before.
So, the store has been open since 7 a.m., at the entrance the girl greeted me and after just a minute asked if I needed a hint on colors, told me everything, and I couldn't leave and didn't buy something)
I didn't plan on it, but now there is a fresh bouquet on my desktop)) Thank you for your work, and for opening so early - it's convenient!!

I want to share my impressions of visiting this store. It's not the first time I've come here, or even the second time. I have always been lucky with florists: they will help, prompt, and advise. But today, 05/24/2024, we were unlucky… The florist girl in a bright pink T-shirt disappointed us very much (She was in a hurry and hurried us. When asked to help with the choice, she replied - look at the showcase and choose. She also did not ask about the color of the ribbon, but made her own choice. She was not friendly, even a little annoyed.
The impressions after such a visit are very "vivid".
P.S. I hope the management will hold a preventive conversation regarding this florist. Thanks!

The young man presented flowers in a "basket" for the anniversary on 10/24/2024. They wilted on the 2nd day of PREGNANCY. And in general, their original appearance left much to be desired. The terrible quality of the colors, which absolutely do not match the cost. The most unpleasant aftertaste ...... We will never go to this flower shop again. It's better without them than joy for five minutes, not even for a week ........
On the second day, when I realized that the flowers were really bad, I took them out of the sponge, cut them off and put them just in water, threw some of the rotten flowers away. For today (the 3rd day), all but three roses have rotted. They still hold on, plus or minus. I attach a photo of the original type of bouquet (I tried to take a beautiful picture, for Instagram, of real quality, unfortunately, I can not evaluate it here, I did not expect that I would have to leave such a review. The second photo shows flowers on the 3rd day.
The quality is DISGUSTING! The mood and emotions are not at all what they could be from the good quality of the flowers😵💫
