For some reason, flowers behave this way only from there. I hoped that everything would be OK this time, but alas. What to say.. the gift is ruined, the money is thrown away. They offered a 20% discount on the next purchase... that is, come and buy these flowers again, but at a discount. It's funny and sad. I do not advise you to buy anything there, either to your friends or to you. Unless, of course, you want to run into the same situation.
I was buying a bouquet of roses. On the 2nd day, they lowered their heads. I am not satisfied with the quality. I will no longer buy in this chain of stores.

We bought balloons, after 3 minutes 2 out of 7 burst, after an hour they just deflated. When pumping in the store, their balloons also burst. They waited 40 minutes, they don't know how to inflate, and they're also low-quality. They refused to make a refund. I do not recommend it!!!!
I bought a ready-made bouquet at the weekend, the flowers are super, thank you! The staff is terrible, neither good afternoon, nor goodbye, young and sooo dissatisfied sellers!
Flowers are always (except once, but I take them often and in general everything is OK) high-quality, cost a long time, pleasant prices.

I bought hydrangeas yesterday. I asked the consultants if it was fresh. I didn't get an answer for the "freshness", but they said "it should stand for a long time". The result - today dried up like a herbarium (( upset and disappointed, honestly. I often bought flowers from you both for the house and for holidays. I won't do it anymore. It is better to overpay, but get a quality product.
I ordered a pick-up of flowers for the day. 2 hours before they had to be picked up, they wrote that few flowers had arrived and they would not be able to do anything for me.

They sent me limp roses and a basket. I picked it up in the morning, I didn't look at it carefully in the dark at the entrance. I saw everything at home, and wrote to the chat 30 minutes after receiving it. They replied that they would not do anything, I had already paid, which means I confirmed the quality.
I bought a ready-made bouquet, it turned out that there were already fading ones.
It's also my fault that I didn't check it right away, but you can't sell this, even for that kind of money.
