I would like to express my gratitude to the employees of RSK Bank for the excellent service. I especially want to note their approach to cooperation — everything was explained and told in detail. Despite the fact that our appeal fell outside of business hours, the staff stayed late to help me with all the issues. I am very pleased with such a high level of service and attentive attitude to customers!
The Bank does not inform its own employees about changes in work! They stopped making transfers to the USA, and the staff at the department do not know.
I made an application for the transfer of dollars to the USA in the online application. The application was accepted for processing, the commission was written off. In a few days through the call center (thanks to all the guys!) I found out that the bank no longer makes payments in the USA. They kept my payment "for clarification" for several days, then the payment amount was returned to my account, but the commission was not refunded.
I am currently in correspondence with the bank. I believe that if the bank does not provide a service, then you cannot accept an application for a transfer, you must immediately refuse and even more so do not write off a commission for a service that cannot be provided.
Later I will add a review of how the correspondence with the bank about the refund of the commission ended.
