I addressed three questions:
1) cleaning the PS5 console from dust,
2) replacing the sticks on one joystick, because there is a backlash,
3) there was a bulge on the joystick after the previous repair, because it was not assembled correctly,
The work started only after the call on the fourth day. The first time I called, they said they would respond on time with a message in wtp, waited an hour and a half and dialed again, only after that they answered.
As a result:
1) cleaned, but broke two cover fasteners, writing that it was so...there are no words, because this is the first opening of the console,
2) they said that they had replaced the sticks, but they did not give the old ones, they said that they had thrown them away, as a result, I found at home that nothing had been changed on the joystick, but my old ones were standing.
3) we fixed our own jamb, emphasizing that it is free.
At the same time, they come up with a cost for services that they cannot find and show in their own tariffs.
Conclusion: I gave 18,900 tenge for disgusting service, a hand-assed engineer and deception of the services provided. More broken than done... I do not recommend it!
Order number 8/44222, 4 months cannot be repaired under warranty. I contacted the service in mid-July. A guaranteed marriage was recognized. They have been fed breakfast for 4 months. They don't pick up the phone when you call. The VATS are answered every three days. Terrible service. If you have a choice where to contact, never contact rss.
I brought a tablet to the service. The employee readily accepted it, familiarized me with the price list for services. Two days later, I picked up a fully functional device. There is a guarantee, which is also a plus.
RSS - well done! I handed over the equipment under warranty, everything was done in 5 days, as promised. They were quickly taken for diagnosis, quickly returned. Many complain about 4,500 tons, but it's a job, everyone wants to earn :)

At the end of January, everything is the same, the blue screen and the frieze. As a result, they give me a coupon, they say, "we can't do anything, go and return it to the store. Two months of my time has been wasted. I don't have the words
Polite staff. During the repair, they did not say to change the spare parts for a cost more than the laptop itself, but only the problem itself was fixed point-by-point.
They deceive customers by calling false deadlines. They delay repairs without ordering parts. They demand to pay for warranty repairs, which should be free of charge.
