I don't go there at all, I've been there 3 times in 40 years, and then I needed to change my passport. I arrived at 19.40. The first thing the passport officer told me: they work until 20.00 and no one is going to stay late (well, I can't come to them earlier, I'm at work until that time, another day I'll come at that time anyway). While I was filling out the application, the nervous passport officer, instead of helping, distracted me, not allowing me to concentrate on filling out the application. The rest of the workers helped her: they really need to go home, but I'm keeping them here. And another tragedy: I don't have any payment, it turns out to be such a problem nowadays, it's just terrible!. I tell them that it takes 1 minute to pay through the EPIP and the payment will be made and then it started...: "I won't sit here until half past eight and wait for the payment to pass, the Internet catches them badly, etc." So it's my fault that their Internet is not catching well? I said that I would go outside and the payment would go through quickly. As a result, I wrote my part of the application with her distracting help before 20.00, the rest of the application is filled out by the passport officer. And no, in order to further process the documents, the workers of the RCC said that their working day was already over and I had to leave the room (they were all dressed by this time). They also began to threaten that they would call the police, since they had to put the room on guard at exactly 20.00. From this we can conclude that they never stay at work and everyone is always on time))), well done, they work great. Although the reviews say the opposite. Conclusion: the service is rude and rude, there are aunts who have decided that the residents of the district owe them something, a lot of excuses, just not to accept the documents and not help. That's right, they used to write here: A DISGUSTING PLACE AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS PEOPLE!!! It is written on the website of ersc.bel that the settlement and reference centers were created in order to improve public services in Minsk. All activities of the Unified Settlement and Reference Center of Minsk are aimed at improving the quality of services provided in the field of administrative procedures for citizens' applications. The quality of the service is the period of its provision, the waiting time in the queue, the politeness of the employees, the comfort of staying in the room where the service is provided. RSC employees provide services to the public, they work for the public!!! But here it is not even close to being fulfilled!!! P.S. no one accepted my application for a passport replacement, at 20.02 they all went home together.
I liked everything, the staff is polite and friendly, especially the passport officer explained everything, intelligibly repeated even twice))). Thank you for your help and patience with us. I recommend.
