The staff, as they explained to me at the meeting, did not care about the visitors. They are sent to the corridor to fill out a form, there is no pen there. No one said that you need to write in block letters. I had to rewrite it. The mood is ruined. Employees with dissatisfied faces. An unpleasant impression.
It is no different from other RSCs. Half of the employees are restrained in emotion, the other half will meet you with such a degeneration as if they are doing you a great favor by communicating with you at all. ))))
