We rested for 2 weeks. The territory is small, but everything is conveniently located. I didn't like the idea of a bathroom, we prefer a classic bathroom.
Positive. The staff is very polite. The rooms are comfortable, the furniture is good. The cleaning quality is decent. The food is killer. I don't know if it's a plus or a minus, but every time we didn't know what to choose. A large selection of vegetables, fruits, pastries, meat, fish, seafood. P.S. crabs and crayfish are terrible.
Minuses. Very noisy animation until 12 o'clock at night. It's hard to fall asleep to the sound of music. I was also disappointed with the attitude towards the waste problem. There are a huge number of plastic bottles and glasses every day. After all, you can put coolers on the territory so that people pour water into their bottles.
Overall, the impression is excellent. Thanks to the staff! I would like to return to this hotel

We just got back from the hotel. We had a rest together with a friend.
What did you like:
- There are several areas for beach holidays: 2 swimming pools, a pier with a convenient entrance to the sea, a bay (no waves and very warm water). We rented a "Maldivian" house with access to the sea for one day (price 100 euros, includes individual service, champagne, fruits) - we highly recommend it.
- Food around the clock: the main restaurant, two a la carte restaurants (admission is paid - 5 and 15 euros, were in the second, very tasty, excellent food, service), many bars and fast food, there is a night restaurant, a bar in the lobby around the clock. The food in the main restaurant is a good choice, everything is generally delicious.
- Cool program: beautiful high-quality shows every evening. One day, the soloist of Ace of base performed (they have concerts of this kind every month). There are two scenes: on one the program, on the second after the program, a cover or DJ is playing somewhere before 00.
- Unobtrusive animation.
- Friendly staff.
- Different variations on imported drinks (but hotel cocktails are not included, it is better to meticulously ask for specific mixes to taste).
What didn't you like:
- Poor service. There is no service on the beach, the pool is very slow, and orders are not brought super fast in restaurants and lobby bars either.
- Poor sound insulation. With the windows/doors closed, you can hear everything that happens on the street, in the corridor, in the neighboring rooms.
- The nightclub is closed (as we were told "due to covid, it has been closed since 20").

A gorgeous hotel.
The location of the hotel is very well chosen. Although the hotel is not small, there is enough space for everyone. The food is amazing, there is a lot of fruit. The drinks are originals. The staff is very polite and not intrusive. Across the street there is a huge local market and shops where you can buy basic necessities or what you did not have time to buy at home. The beach line is well located, but there is a slight disadvantage, it is a long walk to a deep place in the sea, and there are stones when you enter, but there is a pier from which you can dive. In general, the hotel is very, very not bad. I would return to it.

A magnificent hotel, freshly renovated, good room cleaning, a good supply of seats in the restaurant, elegant cuisine, varied food,!!! I'm just amazed how they managed to fit such functionality in such a relatively small area...! I would especially like to mention the beach, new sun beds with a large supply in quantity, a well-thought-out swimming area, clean water - in general, everything is great!

I liked everything. Good food. A nice pier with a descent into the sea. There are fish. The rooms are good and of high quality. The food is very tasty.

It's a lovely little place. Amazing cuisine for every taste. Even my daughter (a vegetarian) has always been holy and contented.
One of the best entertainment programs. There were great shows and performances every day. Little kids have a place to roam. Luxury rooms for every affluence.

I had a vacation in the fall of 2024 with my adult son. In short, I liked everything! More details: airport transfer- Mercedes business class, a compliment at the meeting at the hotel, a room with a sea view, the restaurant was pleased with a variety of delicious food and without queues, tables both on the veranda and inside, the waiters served without complaints. We were very pleased with the bars with original drinks and animation, afternoon and evening. There is also a nice water park with slides for adults. In general, an honest, unpaid five!

We rested with pleasure. A large territory, landscaping pleases the eye and creates a pleasant holiday mood. There are not always enough sun beds by the pool, but there are always free ones on the beach by the sea. Swimming in the sea is always pleasant, the waves are soft and there are no jellyfish and other living creatures.
The rooms are comfortable, all amenities are provided, cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every day. The staff is friendly, friendly and helpful
The food is delicious, varied, even for those who are on a diet or are particularly selective in food, there is something to eat.
Every evening there are entertainment programs for children and adults. There are many terraces and cozy soft areas for communication.

I stayed at this hotel from 12.07 to 29.07 what can I say, this is the best hotel in Alanya-Antalya,insanely delicious food,a great abundance of everything (pastries,grill,snacks, etc.) shrimp,fish,seafood,you can choose food for every taste,about the rooms,just gorgeous!!,excellent repair(new) air conditioning,large plasma,good toilet,friendly staff,waiters on roller skates on the terrace,the rest was great,a huge area of 40000sq2,two swimming pools,a bay with the sea,a bar and much more, I advise everyone

Excellent service, delicious food. Desserts are magical and there is a huge variety of them. Even with 100% occupancy of the hotel, everything is enough for everyone and there are no queues anywhere. We were pleasantly surprised by the waiters on roller skates. Rooms should be requested with a view of the sea or pool, the road is noisy.

The hotel is wonderful! We have been there for a long time, eight years ago, but the memories remain for a lifetime. They lived there in two-storey cottages deep in the territory. This is the best option. Quiet and peaceful. The beach is closed from strong winds and waves. There is one drawback on the beach – the umbrellas are small and made of reeds. They are poorly protected from the sun and scratched my head quite sensitively a couple of times.
Everything else is at the highest level: the kitchen, the territory, the pools, the animation, the concert crews are different every day, the animators worked their best. I would really like to visit there some day, but in the current realities it is impossible. It's a pity!

A great hotel! We had a vacation with my husband in November 2022. Great restaurants! Very tasty octopus in a restaurant on the beach. Cool spa area! Live music in the lobby bar in the evening! Delicious coffee and sweets! The sea was clear, my husband was scuba diving. I liked everything very much.

There may be questions by sea in high season, only the right half is convenient to enter from the shore, in April it was enough for everyone, how it will be in July, I do not know, although the load was full now. Guests from different countries, many of them relax only by the pool. Excellent service of individual houses on the beach, there is unobtrusive animation, football, mini golf, you can take a petanque yourself to play, there is a gym and a freshbar. We drove jeeps to Alanya from the tour operator, we liked it, it was beautiful, fun, and a lot of interesting things.

The most elegant and chic hotel, I found it to share a positive opinion. The only hotel where I have visited twice and would like more! Excellent food, coffee, pastries, interesting cocktails. The smell of orchids is everywhere, I'm still looking for something similar, I can't find it anywhere. Waiters on roller skates! Allenclusive was the best among all - jagermeister, tequila, martel, campari, well, what else do you need? The water slide is a hurricane. Groovy animation, warm sea. Awesome pizza. Cognac at sunset. Conflicting feelings from this hotel.
Positive:
1. Beautiful, clean, cozy, bedding and towels are changed every day
2. Perhaps the most delicious pizza of all the places we have been (12 hotels)
3. Friendly staff

5. Cozy rooms
Negative:
1. Poor location along the road. The noise can be heard even from the inside of the case.
2. The floors were practically not washed during cleaning. The white slippers given out by the hotel had very dirty soles.
3. Little greenery. Palm trees, of course, are beautiful, but unlike pines, they do not give shade at all.
4. Small uncomfortable umbrellas that give little shade.
5. The restaurant does not have a children's menu and a children's area. There are a lot of ill-mannered children who behave badly, and their parents have no influence on this in any way.
6. The food is edible, but without frills and without WOW.

We were at the hotel in June 2023. This is one of the best hotels that we have visited. Everything is on top! All the staff tries, they are very friendly, they will fulfill any wish. The rooms are nice and clean, we had a sea view - very beautiful! The food is above all praise - we have not tasted so many delicacies anywhere! Seafood, lamb, beef, duck, tongue, fish of several types and smoked and salted and grilled, fruits in a mountain (strawberries, pineapple, melon, watermelon, plum, mini bananas, oranges, grapefruits ...), I will not even write about the number of snacks and side dishes, I will not list) The desserts are very tasty, every evening the dessert of the day is just a masterpiece! The alcohol is good, there is a lot of imported alcohol, my eyes are also running away) The sea was cool, but thanks to the sinking of the waves there were fewer, we swam after lunch with pleasure. The pool is large, it does not smell of bleach, we swam every day. We went to the hammam and sauna, to the salt cave and Jacuzzi, everything was very pleasant. There are evening shows and animation, not intrusive at all. I definitely recommend the hotel! It's worth the money.

The best hotel in Alanya!
I have been here twice and I will definitely come a third time.
The animation is at the highest level! Many thanks to Carlos and Taner, they are very attentive, they call everywhere and entertain in all ways, but unobtrusively. The food is excellent, the rooms are clean and large, the cleaning is excellent, the alcohol in all bars is excellent!
The only thing is, don't take a room with a view of the road, it's noisy there. Be sure to take the sea view.
There are a lot of families with children in June. just SOOOOO much! You can't get into the pool, there are only children there.
I would like to allocate Adults Only zones in the Relax pool and in the restaurant on the veranda.

Our favorite hotel! We rested in it 5 times and hope to return again! I like everything about the hotel! We have something to compare it with! But it was better than the food in Ruby-there was not a single hotel! The menu is very diverse, there are several types of meat, fish every day and there is always seafood. Fruits are all there can be this season. We vacationed in June and September, and there are always fruits in abundance, especially strawberries. And the bananas in Ruby are from your own garden! The average all inclusive hotel is for those over 50 and with children. Good food, entertainment and beach.
But as soon as it comes to details, everything gets bad.
Towels are on the cards, people throw towels on the sun beds in the morning and leave for half a day, no one is watching this. Therefore, sometimes there are not enough sun beds.
Check-in is promised at any time, in fact, arriving at 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. I had to "walk".
The rooms are good, the Wi-Fi is bad.
Cocktails are made by eye, every once in a while too much alcohol, then too sweet, then too sour.
PS for Oktoberfest in Turkey I put + 1 star, it was fun.

A fitness trainer girl, Anna, conducts classes 2 times a day. Diverse. Both ladies and children and men are all delighted. The canon on the beach is free, you can take a ride. We rested from 28.10 to 3.11
We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., checked in immediately. We had paid for a room with a sea view, but it was occupied and we were offered access to the pool, for which we are immensely grateful!

The sea was warm, everyone was swimming. Perhaps because of the arrangement of the beach in the form of a bay. We were worried that it would be cool.
The food is normal: crayfish, crabs, etc. seafood every day. Also, every day they alternated dishes of haute cuisine: stewed beef ribs, Peking duck, etc
