I stopped by the car wash during the year, there were no special complaints, although sometimes the car was not washed very well, the last time I stopped by in early December, I ordered a complex: washing + drying + vacuum cleaner + wiping panels. I went to the waiting room, when ready, the administrator said to pick up the car, paid, I leave the car wash into the sunlight and see that the central panel was scratched, I call the administrator, he calls the cleaner and pretend that I had it, although I know how it was before the car wash, the place is very let's say catchy, every time you get into the car and switch the joystick, pay attention to the panel. In general, I do not recommend this place, they will scratch the car, you will prove that you are not a fool. The photo shows that it was most likely scratched when the interior was vacuumed. Most likely, the would-be cleaner was too lazy to move the vacuum cleaner to the other side of the car and just threw the hose through the cabin and while vacuuming the other side, scratched the entire panel. Not a foot on this sink anymore.

There are queues, it is better to make an appointment in advance, but everything is on the case - the quality of work is good, prices do not bite, there is a waiting room, cash and cashless payment, the guys work nice. It suits me personally.
