I went to the waiting room, when ready, the administrator said to pick up the car, paid, I leave the car wash into the sunlight and see that the central panel was scratched, I call the administrator, he calls the cleaner and pretend that I had it, although I know how it was before the car wash, the place is very let's say catchy, every time you get into the car and switch the joystick, pay attention to the panel. In general, I do not recommend this place, they will scratch the car, you will prove that you are not a fool. The photo shows that it was most likely scratched when the interior was vacuumed. Most likely, the would-be cleaner was too lazy to move the vacuum cleaner to the other side of the car and just threw the hose through the cabin and while vacuuming the other side, scratched the entire panel. Not a foot on this sink anymore.

Terrible car wash, my car was badly scratched and I was denied responsibility. Their security cameras don 't work and they don 't write anything. The head Sergey is a boor, in a rude form with direct insults and threats, tried to explain something to me "according to concepts", forgetting that he communicates with a girl. (not the administrator , but the head ) .
I have never met such communication before, it is immediately clear that the person has not heard anything about the upbringing and culture of communication.
I even feel sorry for him , he 's so pathetic …
I do not recommend it to anyone , take pity on your cars and your nerves 👎

As a result, the car was washed terribly, the threshold was dirty, the bumper was dirty, there were stains from a dirty rag all over the car. We turned to the administrator, a drunk man came out, who was washing the car and wiped the threshold with some dirty rag. The whole car is in a spider web after this wash, now you need to go for polishing. Thank you, but this was the first and last time we visited this car wash.

I ordered complex #2 (body wash, vacuum cleaner and glass washing).
Workers wash the car, wax it, wipe it dry with a rag, and then rub the windows with the same rag! Because of this window, everything is greasy!
At my request to wipe the windows with just a dry cloth, it turned out that there are simply no dry and clean rags)
Vacuuming was also bad, only large debris was removed, but the sand remained.
I'm not going there anymore!
