It was the best House of Culture " Soyuz" I don't understand why it was destroyed. A huge cinema hall, a small hall and a bunch of other rooms for choreography, aerobics, piano lessons, a library, a buffet, its own dressing room with unique costumes! It's a pity that in the Red Partisan ( J.M. Amangeldy ) there are no more separate buildings where you can have a cultural family vacation
