It's a great place. We celebrated wedding anniversaries. We have reserved seats in advance, there is a children's corner. All food items were agreed with the administrator. The food is delicious, especially the khachapuri pinza. The staff is super friendly. The dishes were brought immediately, everything was ready for our arrival. I highly recommend it.

We went to celebrate a birthday with our family and never regretted it.Everything was VERY tasty, as well as the staff of the institution personally congratulated on the holiday))) By the way, we went there from another city. The trip exceeded expectations. Definitely worth a visit!!!

Rukolla is very well located - like a swallow's nest stuck to the side of the central department store Gomel.
The outdoor area is decorated with flowers and hides the flow of visitors to the department store from the guests of the restaurant, while no discomfort arises.
The attentive staff responds immediately to the requests of visitors.
The emphasis in the kitchen is on sushi, rolls and mini-pits, but lovers of beef ribs will really enjoy a couple of tender and juicy pieces of meat.
The hand roll with trout is very delicate and moderately spicy, ideal for getting an idea of the quality of the whole establishment.
And, yeah...The only place in Gomel where you can try rolls in gold!

We were at the gastrofest. The dishes themselves are part of the gastrofest for the big gourmet. We also ordered additional classic Philadelphia sushi and were disappointed, although they used to be wonderful in this place. We voiced our complaints to the waitress. She promised to take our complaints to the cook. And that's it... We have not received any feedback from the institution))) Don't set foot there anymore!

The staff is very polite. It was May 1st. We were simply surrounded by care, the dishes were served with lightning speed, everyone was told about. I want to return at least because of the employees.

The staff is friendly and attentive.
We tried the local "pizza" - it's delicious. Cheap alcoholic cocktails as a nice bonus.
The atmosphere is moderately darkened, unobtrusive music. To sit and chat over food/drinks is the best thing.
The interior is modern and neutral.
By the way, the prices seemed to me average in the city, or even below average, maybe this is so because the place is relatively new.

I highly recommend it. The dishes, the serving, the waiters, the interior are all on top. The best cafe in Gomel. There are no crazy margins on alcohol. We got drunk and ate too much at 4 for 450 rubles. The waiter Diana is just a smart girl

If you start with a good one, then the food is delicious, the inside is beautiful. If it's bad, then why, they put the table so unsuccessfully in a draft, we sat down there, we were blown from the aisle (January, after all). It's good that then a place was vacated and we were transferred. Another minus, we asked the waiter for a separate menu, they messed up everything in the receipt, desserts and drinks of friends along with our main meal, and apparently on the contrary, they saw friends only when they paid and the husband took the check, and no one left the check with friends, after payment they immediately took it away. We laughed about it, because we didn't want to spoil our evening. I hope that our friends had our orders, and not "rolled"). Be careful.

Disgusting place (
There is no Champagne, and it's in 40-degree heat!!! We ordered Caesar, so instead of salad, they brought us some kind of pie with greens and said it was Caesar pizza. And, allegedly, the waitress told us that there was no salad, but there was Caesar pizza, but for some reason none of us heard this (I was very pleased that they had orange juice available 🤣 But, a cafe that does not have champagne and classic Caesar is beyond ((( More, of course, I don't set foot there, and I don't advise anyone. I want to leave a review about my birthday at the institution. In winter, it is absolutely impossible to sit on the first 4 tables near the children's area. The doors are constantly opening. Cold. Politely and several times they asked to transfer, but they heard only refusals and explanations saying "the table is booked", I say "we also booked the same..", but the waiter with a smile said "there is a double reservation". It was a day off and unfortunately it was impossible to change the institution. They called and clarified.
There are not too many teas there and they ordered sea buckthorn in tiny mugs, the waiter clarified the serving to the dish or immediately asked for the dish. But it was served immediately. Because in this cold it cools down just like lightning. They asked me to re-send it anyway.
My husband had a dish with chicken, I can't say that there was an abundance of meat. I ordered beef, but I had to "throw off" the veins in the saucer next to it. A lot.
I went out to wash my hands, I saw an abundance of EMPTY tables! Even a couple nearby did not finish the dish, asked for the bill, noted that there were empty tables and left.
I really wanted to just eat my dish and leave.
Taking the plates away, they asked us how hot we were, I just smiled and said that the saucer was just in our veins. The girl started hesitating, making excuses, I said that I just answered her question. There was no desire to swear at all. She said she would give it to the kitchen.
They immediately came up and offered to move (at the end).
I know that they even sing a song for the holiday, but they brought us a tiny glass with a tiny ice cream, the receptionist said that "all the best" and I swear, even without feigned cordiality.
There was not the slightest desire to stay, "sit", "enjoy".
There was a table at 19:00, at 20:40 we already went home. (With the road and other things).
P.S. When I left, I noticed that the tables were left free to "get bored" exactly those that were free at the beginning.
In general, I am very, very disappointed.
P.S.S. We visited this place with friends at the gastrofest, the administrator made a mistake with boarding and planted some banquets in the wrong place, made excuses and asked people to change seats.
Then they sat us down again at the entrance, we let those who wanted in, for a very long time, that even in the end we asked the administrator to leave us any table not in the cold aisle. (The girl from the company was in a position. I didn't want to sit in the draft).
I'll tell you one thing, I'm not coming back anymore.

What I liked: service 10/10.staff 10/10, atmosphere 7/10 the place is not quiet) The pitch is impressive. What I didn't like: I was visiting this city, I saw a gastroset on the menu , the price and time of the event coincide with the republican gastrofest festival, but they are not participants of the festival!
