Although it is written on their website that the information about the products is for reference and is not accurate, but it was not so possible to make a mistake by writing that the laptop was gaming, but as a result, in reality it was office-type and it should not have been gaming at all. It was a global hole that lasted for quite a long period and the product card was not edited immediately, even after a conversation with the sales department. I am grateful for the refund, which, by the way, was also refused at first.
In general, I just wanted to use my example to say that it is worth clarifying information before buying a particular product! The pick-up point itself and its staff are good.

I came to the pick-up point to pick up the hair dryer. As a result, they brought a completely different model, just an ordinary hair dryer, and began to figure out why. It turned out that the manager had provided incorrect photos and descriptions for the product I ordered on the website. I was upset, asked the girl at the checkout if I could choose another hair dryer at home and asked the courier rulez.wu brought it to me for free, because I had already arrived at the pick-up point and the goods were not given to me through no fault of my own. The girl addressed this question to the manager, and he said the phrase "we have free shipping from 200 rubles in Minsk" - so I am aware of this, but I ask, because I think it would be fair, because I arrived at the pick-up point and did not receive my goods not by mistake, but by mistake the store. And instead of me choosing an alternative product option + free.delivery (which costs 11 rubles), the store manager spread his hands. We can say that this review and the store's reputation cost the store 11 rubles. Keep it up rulez.by
