According to him, he does not have a manual, so he probably has such a procedure for issuing goods. 30.07.24. the last time I had to convince him that he should take out, open and show the goods, that the goods correspond to the request and were delivered safe and sound. After that, demand the customer's signature. The workbook is not numbered, stitched and not signed. That is, the notebook is not an official document. He may not greet, treat rudely in case of non-fulfillment of his requirement, make a row. I advise you not to sign his workbook until you have checked and received the order
