I ordered pilaf and frozen manta rays on 31/05 through the app, only manta rays were brought! I call the restaurant, the manager tells me that she put the pilaf in the bag herself, which the courier definitely delivered. I tell her he's not there, she doesn't want to listen and hangs up. I'm writing to her to check the cameras, that I'm calling the police. He barely answers that the cameras are watching. An hour has passed. I called the police, the precinct officers arrived. They call this very manager, she says that the person who can view the cameras has gone home. The precinct officers ask her to settle the issue and return the money to the client. She says no, we can't do that. They are finally sending a video cropped in the most interesting place!!! That is, they found out that they did not put it down, that it was their fault, they were afraid of the police and decided to hide it! Blame it on the courier! The courier was questioned by phone, he does not remember whether there were 2 packages or 1. The district police went to the guard and requested a video of the delivery. It's good that there are cameras in the entrance! They showed that the courier brought only 1 package! Here she (the manager) had nowhere to go, writes to me, "sorry, we will refund the money and give baursaks"...Haha!!! No, to confess right away and apologize, the manager decided to lie to the last!!! I spent 2 hours of the precinct's time!!! Shame on you!!! Shame on your restaurant!!! What kind of employees do you keep???

We were here today. We decided to have lunch after Nur Alem. I really liked both the food and the service. Thanks to the chefs and Dinara the waitress. We are from Moscow and Saratov. We came with the children for the winter holidays.
Unfortunately, the Rumi that I knew 4-5 years ago and today is heaven and earth. :((
If in the past it was an outstanding cuisine with an average price, now it is deteriorating in all respects with high prices. It was my fault that I came at 22:00, and there was no pilaf, but for some reason the dumplings, dumplings, and salad turned out to be very weak. The only thing that was good was the hitching, although very subtle. The service is a solid three: we waited a very long time until they came to us, cleared the table and accepted the order. 😥

I ordered a Bishbarmak. He turned out to be just terrible! The meat is so salty that it is impossible to eat it. The broth is barely warm. Maybe other dishes are delicious and I'm so "lucky". I put 2* and that's thanks to the waitress who brought the Russian menu.
P.S. I asked for a check, they didn't bring my check... fortunately, I looked at it and pointed it out, after 5 minutes I will bring mine. The service is very low
