The company's motto is "Speed, reliability, accessibility!" It doesn't quite match reality.
New Year's Eve rush, only one cash register is open, the post office closes at three o'clock on Saturday, half an hour of life has gone to stand in line and leave without sending the parcel.
I rarely use the services of the post office, but if I go there, I am happy with the services. The staff is polite, qualified, do everything clearly and quickly. They will explain if something is not clear
There are no questions about the department itself. But the postmen are super-fast, in some century she began to write out a parcel, as a result, she arrives on Wednesday as expected, and on Saturday she may not come at all or come on Monday or Tuesday. I'm talking about Severnaya Street.
after the electronic queue was made, it became much more pleasant to come there, there are few people, there are always places to sit (there may not be in the morning / evening, but on average there are 3-5 people in front of you)
The delivery service works like a lame horse that is better abandoned than used. Not the competence of the employees is very frustrating, and not ordinary, but at the level of the head of the delivery department.

Fast service. Polite staff. Parcels up to 1 kg - for only 3 rubles, they arrive in 1-2 days.
Mail is like mail, but postmen is a topic that deserves special attention and a separate conversation. On the mail itself, in general, everything is not bad.
On Saturday I went to pick up a registered letter, as it turned out in VAIN!
I stood for an hour in order to find out that the letter was taken by the postman 🤦♀️
And I was told that either he would come and hand it over, or there would be a notification in the mailbox.
BOTTOM LINE: the weekend has passed neither the postman himself (I can understand the lack of people and all that, but they are forced to subscribe to newspapers for which money is paid and which eventually do not reach, not the first time already), nor notices! And the letter was already in the department!
I agree with everyone who wrote about cash registers, but there are still some people who can't be called anything but "smart ass"! So I came across 2 guys, they came without asking the queue and climbed into the first cash register because there are almost no people there, and everyone else is in line! So, she's there ALONE and just everyone goes to the vacant ticket offices. On weekdays it may be different, but no matter how many times I didn't come, it was always like this. It's super easy! If we are complaining about the service, then let's at least behave ourselves!
I have all.
It's hard to leave a review when you've worked in this system yourself and know the ins and outs of it. But, I want to say only about the staff (postmen) who carry mail items around the site. It feels like they are blind kittens who do not see the address and throw letters into the boxes at the wrong address of the recipient. I'm talking about Severnaya Street. The letter is addressed to Kommunisticheskaya Street, and lies on Severnaya Street. But when you wait for a notification or SMS message about a parcel, you will not wait. It's just not in the drawer. Even while on sick leave and without leaving the apartment, the postman is too lazy to ring the doorbell and clarify the presence of the recipient of a small package. But I'm not too lazy to leave a second notification, although the first one never happened. You have to go to the post office, stand up for hours in queues to find out about the receipt of a parcel or parcel. I would like the staff to be selected not just from someone to "plug the hole" with the missing postman, a stupid person, but responsible people. I know that not all employees there are like that, but the recruitment of personnel in this enterprise has noticeably deteriorated recently. Sincerely, Tatiana.
Often the queues are simply huge (parcels are searched in the warehouse for 10 minutes, and there are still pensioners), almost to the street, it makes no sense to come at peak, unless you just want to spend an hour / an hour and a half extra time standing or sitting, in the worst case scenario.
They ordered a newspaper, they didn't bring it for the first month. I called the communications department, they brought everything. Two months have passed, and history repeats itself. I'm calling again, they promise to bring it right the next day.. As a result, silence... There is no return... So I have to throw money away??? This is the best organization I've seen....
Poor and very long customer service! Out of 5 cash desks, only 2 work. rarely 3, and even less often (once or twice every half a year- a year) 4 cash desks! Basically, only 2 cash desks work - there are constant queues of visitors - you have to stand at the cash desk for 1 hour or even more!! International untraceable parcels disappear somewhere - 8-9 out of 10 simply do not reach the addressee!! In summer, the queues and prolonged standing in line cause terrible heat! There is an air conditioner, but it is not turned on - explaining that the cashiers are cold and will get sick - yes, by the way, the air conditioner is installed from the side of the ticket offices, and not from the side of the hall with crowds and queues of visitors!! In short, the further it goes, the worse it gets, as in our whole country under the rule of a lying president!!
Terrible mail, terrible staff. You can't get to the post office, the queue is terrible. I ordered a parcel in Pottsville, the parcel passed half the country in a day, and when it reached the Deep it hung for a week. During the time he is trying to return the contents of the parcel, it has most likely deteriorated. It is not possible to get through to the post office, no one answers. Because of covid, you can't go to the post office, because the queue is endless. People stand on the street for half a day to pay for utilities.
The queues are constant, the cash desks work as they want, only 2 cash desks are constantly working, the service is not very good, I would like it better
The usual shabby Soviet post with all its shortcomings. The sea of people, the heat, the crush. There is no ventilation at all. There are few operators.
Public service is at zero. I haven't had a subscription newspaper delivered to me for a month. although I have contacted the department not once to solve the problem. in return, only promises.
