Today 06.10.2024 I arrived, the terminal with coupon numbers is not working well. The cashier girl helped solve this issue, and when the next person could not print the ticket and I told her about it, the answer was "Am I going to run after everyone? "They don't want to accept without coupons. This is a MAIL problem, not a visitor problem. Very rude staff.

I do not advise anyone to use this mail, how many times I ordered a letter in first class, there were always problems with delivery, it was written on the website by the track number, which means that the postman received the letter and had to bring it to the mailbox during the day, and all the time the letter arrived after 2-4 days, how many times they called the mail, complained, asked to resolve the issue, as a result, the last 2 letters did not arrive at all, I have been waiting for 6 days, they have not arrived, they say in the mail that they will sort it out, but there is no result.
It is more pleasant to come there after the renovation, but the staff is constantly with such an expression on their face, as if they all need help and they are not at all happy about the visits of citizens! Computers are constantly freezing and the electronic queue cannot cope, people are constantly forced to wait, two cash desks are working at most…
After the reconstruction, the post office is not recognized, but the queues were and remained, even the installation of an electronic queue did not affect this.

The queue is huge, all the time, and they have lunch or a break, and people stand for an hour, if a large queue is going to, then they should forget about lunch and a break. Honestly, I don't even want to go there, and not only me, there are a lot of us.
With a large influx of visitors, only two operators work, and one on weekends. Low professionalism of the operators. The delivery service is generally a mess.
