I visited five times and every time there were 30-40 people in front, terribly slow, few windows are working. To receive an unfortunate parcel, you have to stand in line for more than an hour.
After the renovation, there is a good modernized modern department. Girls work fast. I am glad that there is a table for children. A place where it's nice to come. We are especially pleased to have a separate queue for the social category

I would like to simplify the order of delivery of parcels, especially since there is a special window for this. But in fact you have to stand in the main queue in order to receive the parcel and wait until everyone pays everything
