Mail is like mail. Like all other communications offices. The staff I personally came across was quite polite and friendly. Sometimes the information kiosk does not work.

Old-timers remember how it used to be here - about 10 years ago. Horror - queues, screams, scandals. But time went to the good, they put an electronic queue, terminals - and everything became fine! Keep it up !
