I ordered a bathrobe with individual embroidery for the child as a gift according to the finished design of this creative workshop. However, the layout (layout of the picture, text and font) I had to do it myself, while paying for the designer's work. At the same time, the order execution time is 7 days, I did not dispute, however, the manager pointed out to me that it was not necessary to apply in December, when there were a lot of orders. I think that rudeness (I was "forgiven" for untimely treatment) and lack of professionalism of the staff of this organization are unacceptable. I do not advise you to apply!

I do not recommend contacting this store. The attitude towards the customer is disgusting. If you are from another city, you will receive 9 Euromail delivery rubles instead of 4, so also in the end, when paying, this amount will be overestimated by several rubles. The manager will have to prove to you that they have nothing to do with it, although the delivery was agreed. Yes, it's not much money, but I hate cheating.

I ordered an apron from this organization via Instagram "Rusan.by ". I took the order, there are no complaints about the quality. But the sediment remained. After making a prepayment, the manager simply stops responding. Reads messages, is online, but ignores. And yes, the questions were only about the case and nothing superfluous. I always follow tactics in communication (which this manager is probably not familiar with), I try to be loyal to people and understand possible employment. But the person representing the face of the company did not have time to respond with a few words for 3 days.
By the way, the order was sent to work only on the 4th day. Although the readiness of the order is initially prescribed-1-2 days from the moment of prepayment.
In general, it turned out to be a good apron, with bad impressions)
