I stayed in this hotel for a week. Like it. The room is clean and pleasant. They clean it every day. There is a dining room on the ground floor, breakfast is free. They even got into the situation and fed us earlier. Well done guys. Convenient location in the city. There is a good cafe nearby, there is a great pilaf. The parking lot is really small, but it's not critical. I parked the car in the yard of a neighboring farm, it was visible from the window. I would have dared to do it again without hesitation. Thanks to the staff!!!

The most important advantage of this hotel is a check-out exactly 24 hours after check-in. The staff is very pleasant. The plumbing was all working. The location for work on the right bank is very good. There is a parking place. A bottle of water as a gift.
Of the disadvantages:
- There is a construction site nearby. So close that soon it will be possible to wish good night and good morning to the neighbors, but in the meantime you can tell the builders how to build better;
- breakfast. You sit down in a hall that is not on the ground floor. A herald girl floats out to you from a secret door and announces a short menu (omelette, scrambled eggs, porridge), then she disappears through this door and after a while you have the ordered food with tea and bread. They bring so much food that in a couple of hours you need to replenish your calorie reserves);
- there were two single beds in my room. The beds are narrow. You won't get too excited.
In general, it is a good option for a short business trip.

We were at this hotel, we stopped by for 2 days, the three of us, my wife and daughter of 10 years. The room is clean, but there are spots on the carpet and there was a small hole on the sheet. Otherwise, everything is fine, a clean, blissful bed, a refrigerator, bottled water, a kettle in the room, tea. Conditioner. The room had a huge balcony, it was cool. Smoky, small, tired rooms, with mediocre cleaning and excellent audibility. A room with a working air conditioner (not just blowing air) it was found after an hour of searching, on the 7th attempt... The bathroom is dirty, the hair... As a guest, I don't care which shift prepared the room - this is a matter for the administration, not the guests.
The breakfast is very strange - no description, no service. A young man or a girl asks: porridge, omelet or scrambled eggs? Tea or coffee? And they don't explain anything else. Only experimentally it turns out that porridge with milk (thanks), scrambled eggs with sausage, and an omelet with sausage. The coffee is exclusively instant, the origin of the tea (packaged or brewed) could not be determined. There is no salt, sugar, or napkins on the tables. When you ask, they throw napkins on the table, saying here you are .... The next day, napkins with salt shakers appeared, thank you. Breakfast is a feeling of uninvited guests....

I really liked the hotel, we had a room on the 3rd floor. Big room, even bigger balcony))). The family had a rest of 2 adults and two children. The room is cozy and spacious, with carpet on the floor. Toothbrushes, disposable slippers, bathrobes, towels. The room was cleaned every day. There is a kettle and cups in the room. Tea, sugar and water were brought every day. There was air conditioning in the room too, but we didn't use it. There is an ironing board and an iron in the lobby on each floor. The photos of the hotel both inside and outside correspond to reality. There is Parking for cars, not much, but there are enough places for everyone. Breakfast is served from 08 to 10. Very modest breakfasts sometimes you could choose either porridge or an egg (omelet, scrambled eggs, etc. cooked in different ways), more often one thing was served. I advise the hotel cafe to buy a coffee machine, otherwise they can only make instant coffee. There are many cafes, shops, beauty salons near the hotel. The location is not far from the center. We really liked it. I took off one star only because of the hotel cafe.

A surprisingly pleasant hotel for reasonable money: a suite for a family of 4 people for 24,000 tenge per day, a junior suite for two for 20,000 - this includes breakfast. At the same time, the day is considered honestly: if you moved in at 23:00, then the next day before that time, no one will kick you out. The rooms are clean, the suite has a huge glazed loggia wide in both rooms. The view from it, however, is of a fast food kiosk - well, the prices are not sky-high!
Minus (for us): there is no natural coffee either in the breakfast cafe or in the lobby, where they say there used to be a vending machine. Life hack: found around the corner in the Magnum supermarket. :)

Great hotel, I liked everything! The room is clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay (kettle, cups, tea, two liter bottles of drinking water, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes with paste, ironing board and iron on the floor). There is a small fenced parking lot.
Since the hotel is being renovated (it did not bother us at all), breakfast was brought to the room. Everything is cooked quite tasty, the portions are not small.

The Saryarkinsky district PSC, where non-residents are served, is within walking distance (15-20 minutes walk). The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. The room is cleaned every day. They didn't charge us a penny for the late check-out. There is a cafe 20 meters from the hotel entrance where you can have a snack or order a takeaway. The prices are very humane.

The hotel is good. We lived with a child of 3 years in a junior suite for a month. Everything is clean and tidy. The only disadvantage is that the dining room does not work. Polite staff, cleanly cleaned. They are always greeted with a smile at the reception, everything is polite, documents were printed out upon request. The child caught an intestinal infection and the condition was not very good, on the 3rd day he did not get out of bed at all. An ambulance arrived for free at number 103. Treatment was prescribed. The guard Kanat was on duty that day. I couldn't get away from the baby. The rope helped a lot: a polite, kind-hearted man, always ready to help, ran around several pharmacies and bought the necessary medicines. Thank him very much. The staircase is the only one under repair! There is no other one! And if there is an evacuation? Only the elevator! And it is forbidden to use the elevator during evacuation! There are also people with claustrophobia, actually! A room for two was given with only one bed. The check-in is long. The plumbing works terribly! There is no shower curtain. There is no promised wi-fi. Breakfast is a separate story: he was told from 7.30 to 10.00. In the morning, a call rings in the room at 8.00: and the receptionist tells us to come for breakfast. Guests are called to the room only in case of an emergency or if they have requested it. And waking up is generally unacceptable! And breakfast is a nightmare! Porridge with lumps and tea! At a separate request, you can get coffee (only instant) in their cafe-dining room there was a hair styling device right next to the transfer table! But if you are late for breakfast, then you are incredibly lucky, because another group of foreigners (not Russians) came for breakfast and they already had fruits (apples and oranges), vegetables (tomato and cucumber), bread (white wheat), sausage (surrogate), cheese and butter (spread) and even boiled eggs! But there's still nothing to eat! The efficiency of a waitress at lunch is comparable to a snail! In general, I do not recommend it to anyone!

The hotel is renovated: they drill all day, it is impossible to relax. No one informed about this in advance. Number 45 near the office building - doors slam every 2 minutes. During the 6 days of stay from Mon to Sat, neither towels were changed (since Tuesday, a pile of dirty ones lay on the floor in the toilet and accumulated), nor bed linen. Although the maid was there every day and put tea and toilet paper, she didn't do anything else. The towels are full of holes. A double bed is 2 single beds, between which there is a gap and you fall into the middle. You won't be able to sleep next to it. The breakfast is terrible, this is the first time I've come across this. I'm attaching a photo of the buffet. The hotel is very far from all the attractions. Wi-Fi is not working in the room. There is no curtain in the bathroom. The refrigerator was not working. I'm terrified of staying.

The only advantage is that it is a hotel. You won't stay outside. I left ahead of time. This one is not worth the money. I have worked at the hotel for a long time myself and I see everything from the point of view of both the guest and the visitor. The kettle didn't work when I checked in. The shower did not switch to the faucet. It's completely broken. The shower is all rusty, three streams.
The kettle was replaced immediately. The faucet was turned on three days later, when everything finally broke down. The shower was left the same. There are no complaints about the beds. On the wall, instead of a headboard, there is some kind of door from an old closet. The TV received one channel without interference, thank God that it was musical. The maids clean every day, tea is served with water. They clean the floor very loudly, it's like some kind of bazaar, they shout at each other and loudly discuss who has what stains on what and what they are from. This is unacceptable. I had a do not disturb card. In the guest rooms, it is acceptable to tiptoe around with such signs and not work with a vacuum cleaner if possible. There are fines for using a towel. This is called spoilage. They will loudly find out in front of other visitors at the reception what you were doing with this towel and fine you. Speaking of which, this is Kazakhstan, there are such rules here. There should be no lipstick, no blood, no dirt on them. By the way, when I threw the towel on the floor, crumpling it up, hinting that I wanted to replace the towel, they carefully hung it back on the bathroom. They also said that they are lying on your floor)))
The refrigerator turns off as soon as you take out the card and leave the room. I was puffing anyway, and in the evening it was warm in it. I lived in two rooms. There was a better TV in the second room. And the refrigerator worked better. It was immediately cold as soon as it turned on. And yes, the shower was new. But the sheet was in holes and in the hair. I asked for a replacement. I know maids are lazy sometimes. They straighten the sheets, soaking them. I got the same impression here. The request was replaced. But again with holes. I took a picture of them so they wouldn't be fined.
There are breakfasts. Rice porridge, oatmeal or scrambled eggs. Nothing else. Whether the couple works in the dining room, or the husband is a substitute, I never got into it.
The hotel, as for me, is in an unfavorable area. In the evening there are a lot of homeless people, beggars and 2 cafes right under the windows. I went to the center so that I could at least go out for a walk after work.

Breakfast is not a buffet, you can choose either an omelet with a thin piece of sausage, from the cheapest sausage, two thin slices of cucumber and tomatoes, or porridge, that's it! Oh, and the coffee. Towels were given in the rooms, and they were not changed until the very eviction, and everything was in rusty spots! Bed linen in some places with holes, also not changed! There is also a problem with sockets, chairs, mirrors! There are light bulbs in a typical dressing room, but they just don't work! The fact that there is WiFi is nothing to say! It just doesn't work! They were always drilling something at night! And at the check-out, the check-out was at 4 a.m., we just didn't have water! Disabled… And when asked to bring at least a couple of bottles of water, the answer came from the reception -wait for 6 in the morning! When the water is turned on. In general, the most terrible place I've ever seen! I do not recommend it! But the staff in the kitchen, yes, is polite, there are no complaints about them.

The location of the hotel is for anyone, if you are driving your car, then it's okay, and you can also use public transport, but it's a long walk to the main attractions!
