I go here so far only for Serbian courses - in my opinion and according to the reviews of friends - the best courses in Belgrade. Many concerts and events are held in the Russian House. The building is very beautiful, old, like many buildings in the old town. They speak Russian and Serbian.

I came to the library with my family, but at some point a guard ran out and started demanding something from me. The staff fit in and explained that it was not adequate. The question is why keep inadequate employees are there really no normal Serbs? This is the first time I've seen such lawlessness in Serbia
