The prepayment was made to the card, but after that he called several times and said that he was withdrawing the reservation because we did not deposit the deposit. Fortunately, there is an electronic receipt in money transfer operations and I still proved that the deposit was made. Then the appointed day of the holiday. My husband and I arrived at 16.00 at the place (the guests were expected by 17.00, just an hour of time to cut and arrange everything). As a result, we saw a picture: Yakov drunk in his underpants, dirty dishes with leftovers on the table in the gazebo, a pile of cigarette butts under the table. We had to clean ourselves, because Yakov was outraged that for "these pennies that we paid for 7 hours, he was not going to do the cleaning yet." To say that we were shocked and perplexed is not to say anything. While we were cleaning up, he was constantly following us, saying something incomprehensible about his life and just distracting. We thanked him for his presence, and said that we would continue to relax with our company and vacate the territory at 23.00. And then the most interesting and out of the ordinary things began. When guests came to us and we met them, Yakov went out and defiantly and rudely just pestered everyone: he demanded to tell who worked where, why such a hair color or length, which caused discomfort to my guests and of course to us, because we came to celebrate a birthday, and not to listen to drunken interrogations. We politely asked several times to leave us and give us a rest for our money. He left and was gone for about an hour. Then at 6.30 pm he came back and started yelling that he didn't like the way we were laughing and that the music was playing - you see, we were disturbing his sleep. I got into a verbal altercation with him, to which he threatened that he would now call his son and throw us out of here, because he is the owner of the territory. Our evening was ruined, everyone was nervous and didn't know what to expect. There were 10 of us: five men with their wives, but Yakov insulted the girls by saying, "calling a woman to yourself is the last thing." It was just disgusting. We packed up our things before 23.00 and demanded a check for the time actually served. He drove the full cost into the payment and refused to return the remaining money. If you are from the contingent that does not mind the constant intrusive presence of the owner of the house and are ready to adapt to his demands about the repertoire of music and talk in a whisper in the gazebo during the day - you will certainly like it there. But if you want to just relax after paying the money, it's better to look for another option, otherwise you will be very disappointed

He constantly interfered with our pastime, then asked to order soup for him coming in every 20 minutes, then complained about the volume of the music and the behavior of the guests, threatened, although we tried to behave culturally and not disturb anyone. But he was very much asking for mutilation! But we endured and endured everything, we really wanted to sit and steam normally. In addition, the condition of the bathhouse and the house left much to be desired. We had to clean up the trash after the previous guests, which is absolutely unacceptable. The cleanliness and sanitary conditions here are clearly not at the proper level, upon arrival they pointed out to him that the owner of this pigsty constantly boasted of his wealth and the fact that 40 rubles per hour is nothing. This attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable. The holiday was ruined, and I definitely don't recommend this place to visit. If you are a punk or a bum and you like to spend time with a drunken boorish owner, such conditions, this option is very suitable for you! If you are looking for comfort and respect, it is better to choose another bathhouse!

I thought I was probably just a talkative person, but without a T-shirt, well, because it's hot. Okay. In fact, this is still normal compared to the rest of the evening. We booked the gazebo from 19 to 23. Almost all this time he sat with us and tried to make some jokes, talked about his life and his achievements. There's nothing wrong with that, but we came to relax with our company, not to hear about his life. We have extended the gazebo to 12. He went to bed and forgot that we had paid. Okay, then he remembered that we had paid after all. The last hour he spent with us was just terrible. I don't even know how to describe it any other way. Between his jokes, he threw out the following phrase: "Well, pour me 200 grams of vodka." Then 2 guys just stood behind him, and he didn't like it, and he started yelling, "Get the fuck out of here!" We still had our paid time. As a result, the guys calmed him down a little, and he decided to give us a gift. I gave you an hour for free. I really wanted to leave there, but we decided that we would finish the barbecue and leave. Yes, we've been sitting alone for the last hour. Finally! Also, all evening Uncle Yasha diligently talked about ungrateful guests who write him bad reviews, and asked us to write a good review. I'm paying you money for this. All this was done with the most unpleasant smirk and terrible disrespect. Everything is old, just falling apart in your hands, everything is dirty, untidy. Half an hour before the end of our time, he came and began to brazenly wash the dishes downstairs while we ate from above. Lockers with clothes and days near the sink, by the way. So I wouldn't be surprised if someone else has something missing. After that, while we girls were changing clothes from above, he came without warning in any way and walked around the floor with impudence, we had 5 minutes left before the end of the paid time. After asking which one he came half an hour before the end and walks around, he started to row with us. Like, his people have to come and so on, but whose problems are these? We have paid for time and at this time we must be completely alone. In general, he came at 30min and did not leave until the end.
