I bought fish in the store for a year. I wrote, as usual, to the manager on Instagram to prepare an order for me. I ran into the store, took the prepared package and returned to the car.
As a result, the smell of rotten meat is heard all over the car. I am writing to the manager to sort out this situation. They don't believe me and tell me to return with this fish to them. I suggest we take a taxi at their expense. There is no dialogue. They make me guilty that I drive without a refrigerator in the car)
I am very disappointed in the service. I always took fish and seafood exclusively from this store. But with this attitude and their fault... I am shocked by their solution to the conflict. I do not recommend it to anyone! They refused to return the money to me
