Always fresh fish. There is caviar in winter. The guys cook an excellent barbecue.

They make the most delicious shish kebab from whitefish in Sevan, as well as very tasty smoked fish

A wonderful shop in the center of Sevan. You can buy fish and Crayfish and they will cook for you right there for free. Fish on the grill or boiled crayfish.
