There are Belarusian-made suits and dresses - one of the biggest choices in Minsk. I won't say that it's a fashion market, but you can find something at a good price, nice prices for buns, cakes in coffee points. Toys, ribbons and hairpins, children's stuff, etc. - just hectares of space))
Quest: rows with clothes, I have never remembered how to walk, and where the logic is)))
Parking: there are always places, it is huge, but it is better to arrive at the weekend by 9-10 in the morning - by 12 there are crowds of people and a stream of cars.
