I strongly welcome the initiative of restrictions on the sale of alcohol! Therefore, I propose to close Silpo, fine it, burn it! They found a loophole in the law (a bribe) and get people drunk. By midnight, when they stop selling alcohol in Kiev, there is a queue near silpo!

An excellent selection of imported wines (a whole special department), a lot of goodies, including quite exquisite ones (which is not very typical of Silpo in general), good cooking.
