I received a parcel weighing 2 kg, but the parcel costs 2.5 the sender paid 65g for the parcel and they also charge me 10g for the packaging film, but the parcel is wrapped in just one layer and that broke, I can't understand where you recruited such operators who put them in your pocket.The worst mail is the most brazen operators
