Loved the history of the person, but have some recommendations!
1. Add English for the tourists
2. Increase the price, you deserve it!

It's very nice to walk around and drive by when there's always some kind of nostalgia
There is a small alley nearby for walking
There are difficulties with parking nearby
There is paid parking nearby for three cars across the street
