One of the worst hotels in terms of service.
No one is in a hurry, everything is done untimely.
Maybe this is the specifics of the service in Kazakhstan, but still I think they just don't have a smart manager who would put everything in its place.
Pulls a maximum of 3 stars.
And do not be fooled by the beautiful interior, the cleaners do not clean, dust, dirt and other remnants from previous guests are everywhere on the cabinets and beds.
You can still list a lot of things, it's a pity that everything is so sad for such a price tag

For a hotel of this level, I can only give 4 stars out of 5. When checking in, there were no shower gels - I had to call and ask. The room cards are constantly demagnetized. The lunch box at the check-out was without water. There is a lot to grow and improve the quality of service.

The hotel is good. But the service failed. We have to explain every day what is included in our tariff. We had dinners with vouchers (10 t tenge per person) and for the first two days we had to knock out vouchers at the reception. Otherwise, everything seems to be fine.

The hotel is actually three stars, although quite expensive. In four days, towels have never been changed and the room has not been cleaned. They demanded payment in full immediately, which caused certain problems, because they arrived early, and all the exchangers started working from 9.00. Well, such a place in general! Security, metal detector frame. The seats are soft. There is an ATM. The socket is recharged. You can hide from the rain. There's even a girl at the counter, but she's not much of a distraction. Just sit there and charge your phone.
