This trading house is dying. It is well located, but there are a lot of empty places. It used to be good, of course, and there were always people. Now, of course, it is a pity that such a large enough building is not fully operational and has not been mastered.

The shop is located between 2 five-storey buildings. A very gloomy facade, an uncomfortable entrance with colorful advertisements on the doors. The feeling that Sabyr was stuck in the 90s, in those years such a shop took place, there were "coolies" selling there. Modern people today do not go to such shops, it is dark, cramped, uncomfortable and uninteresting. But it is visited by people with a small income for inexpensive, everyday purchases. BUT...! Pay attention to the turquoise house on the left! Fourth floor, third balcony! My mom lives there! I grew up in this house. He is native to me, so the Sabyr shop in front of our windows is also native to me. Very good and kind people work there. And the owner needs to change the Central Entrance, making it more attractive to buyers. Thank you all for your attention!
