The only working hotel in the city (the rest are only on the outskirts). The rooms are bad, the wallpaper is torn, there are streaks on the walls from the ceiling, dirt. In two days, I counted 7 cockroaches and 4 woodlice killed. There is a large corner bathtub in the bathroom, but I disdained to take it. The air conditioner is not working well. Wi-Fi is normal. There is a kindergarten on the floors, and sometimes children can be heard.
