This is the best hotel in Tsandrypsha! New (opened in 2023), clean, 3-4 minutes walk to the sea! Excellent rooms, a dining room, cafes/restaurants, and shops are within walking distance! They were suspended two times in a row, as they say, "they don't look for good from the good." Very attentive administrator Invar!

"We decided to take a chance and did not regret it"
Sadzen Hotel is a great place for a relaxing, family holiday just 50 m away. from the sea. Upon arrival at the hotel, the administrator met us personally, briefly told us about the rules of accommodation and in detail about Abkhazia and all its amazingly beautiful places. The building is new, all repairs are absolutely fresh. The staff is very responsive and friendly, they find approaches to each tenant and help in any way they can.
My wife and I lived in a studio room with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, kettle, two mugs, clothes dryer, mini-bar and a private bathroom.
A set of towels (for face and body) is also provided for the duration of the stay.
Each room has a balcony where you can smoke (ask for ashtrays at the reception, there are none on the balcony) or just enjoy the view of the sea or the mountains by drinking delicious Abkhazian wine.
In the courtyard of the hotel there is a playground with tables and benches for a snack.
Breakfast. Breakfast was rated "satisfactory". The menu would like to be more diverse, and there are separate questions for porridge. Well, for an amateur...
please always bring hot coffee!
And so if you suddenly planned some kind of excursion at 8:00-9:00, then it's okay. You will be fed at 7:30 without any problems, you just need to make an order in advance in the evening.
It's only a short walk to the sea. A very convenient location on the main street of the village, where everything you need is within walking distance: alcohol of various types, snacks, all kinds of bathing accessories and souvenirs.
In general, the rest was wonderful, the only flaw is breakfast. When they finalize it, it will be the TOP places in Abkhazia, I will even say that it will be a luxury.
And even without that, Sadzen is well worth the money.
Suggestion: Put trash bins in each room. I had to store garbage in my bag.

We had a rest this summer, the rooms are good, the staff is responsive, friendly, everything is super, the sea is nearby, one minus is breakfast, you can sit for 40 minutes while you are served
