I chose shoes, wanted to buy, refused to sell , work only with organizations that have electronic document management configured. Refused and as a physical .to a person and as an organization without electronic document management. The collective farm and the incompetent staff would not be surprised if another order signed by the city executive committee for permission to buy shoes was asked.
